| Objective To investigate the distribution regularity of TCM constitution of pregnancy with hypothyroidism patients.Comparison analysis of the control group,to research the relation between pregnancy with hypothyroidism and TCM constitution.Try to study the TCM constitution feature of pregnancy with hypothyroidism,and use the constitution in nursing the pregnancy with hypothyroidism patients,but also on the predisposition to strengthen the prevention and the practice of Chinese medicine "treating disease".Maybe through the constitutional analysis of TCM to The pregnancy with hypothyroidism patients in favour of clinical governance.Methods The physical classification of nine kinds of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Professor Wang Qi physical classification,physical identification method using a physical scale questionnaire method.The subjects were divided into 118 case group and control group of 115 people.The form of a questionnaire survey,questionnaire filled out an independent self on the spot to recover the ability to fill those by the investigators asked to fill ount,using the methods of clinical epidemiology and case-control group,to collect the two groups of subjects with data,sum up analysis of information,establishment of a database application SPSS13.0 statistical package for statistical analysis,the distribution of the difference of the two groups were compared populations constitutions in Chinese medicine.Statistical processing according to the different data types,were compared using the rate of X2(chi-square)test,P<0.05 for significant difference.Results Acoording to the TCM constitution,most of the TCM constitution types are qi-insufficiencyconstitution and yang-insufficiency constitution,compared with the control group was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The people who belongs to qi-insufficiencyconstitution or yang-insufficiency constitution are thin-skinned to the pregnancy with hypothyroidism. |
