Literature Research On Drug Use Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism Based On The Data Mining Technology

Objective:To explore the medication rule of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis with hypothyroidism through statistical analysis of the published clinical research literature on the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism.Methods:The clinical research literatures about TCM in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism published in the Database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,Weipu and Chinese biomedical literature sinomed in the past 20 years(2000-2020)were searched.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the final literature included in the study was selected,the information in the literature was extracted,the data were standardized,and the data were recorded into the Excel software to establish the database.The basic situation of literature is analyzed by Excel.The TCM inheritance calculation platform is used to count the efficacy,four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism of TCM,and analyze the association rules of drugs.Results:1.Basic documents:Finally,90 articles were included,with a total of 62 8 5 cases,including 119 8 males and 493 5 females and the ratio of men to women is approximately 1:4.12.In the randomized controlled trial literature,there were 3 069 cases in the treatment group and 3 04 5 cases in the control group.In this study,20 regions were included in the literature,and the top 3 regions are:22 in Shandong Province(22.22%),13 in Jiangsu Province(14.44%),and 7 in Henan Province(7.77%).2.Treatment:the treatment of patients in the literature course was 3 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,16 weeks,24 weeks,with 12 weeks(67.78%)were mainly.3.Use of Chinese medicine dosage form:among the 90 literatures,81 were in the form of decoction,4 in granule,2 in oral liquid and 2 in capsule,and 1 in ointment.4.Use of traditional Chinese medicine:90 articles involved a total of 103 9 traditional Chinese medicines,the top 10 drugs were Prunella vulgaris,Radix Astragali,licorice,Poria,Bupl eurum,Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica sinensis,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Paeoni ae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae and Herb a Epimedii.5.Function and usage of traditional Chinese medicine:13 3 traditional Chinese medicines involve 15 types of drugs,among which the top 5 are:tonifying deficiency(409),clearing heat(127),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(8 8),resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma(7 6).Diuresis and dampness(5 9).6.Use of four qi,five flavors,meridian tropism and frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine:four gas using frequency followed are warm(3 6 8 times),cold(2 5 8 times),flat(23 1 times),hot(4 8 times)and cool(11 times).The use frequency of five flavors is sweet medicine(525 times),bitter medicine(46 8 times),pungent medicine(3 8 0 times),sour medicine(13 7 times),salty medicine(8 5 times).The frequency of meridian tropism was as follows:liver meridian(525),spleen meridian(495),lung meridian(44 8),kidney meridian(3 72),heart meridian(295),stomach meridian(19 5),gallbladder meridian(162),bladder meridian(29),large intestine meridian(2 5),Sanjiao meridian(24),small intestine meridian(10).7.Commonly used drug combinations:Poria cocos-Atractylodes macrocephala;licorice-Bupleurum;Poria cocos-Angelica;licorice-Atractylodes macrocephala;Prunella vulgaris-licor.Through cluster analysis,5 new square combinations are obtained.Conclusion:1.In the study,the prevalence of Hashimoto thyroiditis combined with hypothyroidism was higher in women than in men.The treatment course of patients was mostly 12 weeks.2.For the treatment of the disease,mainly uses the methods of traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally.3.The top 10 most commonly used drugs are Prunella vulgaris,Radix Astragali,licorice,Pori a,Bupleurum,Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica sinensis,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae and Herba Epimedii.4.The drugs used were mainly tonifying deficiency.The four qi of the medicine are mainly warm and cold,the taste of the medicine is sweet,bitter and bitter,and the meridians of liver,spleen,lung and kidney are the main meridians.5.After cluster analysis,five new combinations of treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis combined with hypothyroidism were obtained,and their group principles were analyzed,and all were found to be in line with the disease machine.
