The Clinical Research Of Surrounding Acupuncture Cooperate With Acupoint-injection Treat The Chloasma Of Spleen-asthenia

Objective:This research takes Chloasma of Spleen-asthenia as the object o f the study,adopting the method of surrounding acupuncture cooperate with acu p-oint-injection,observing and statisticsing clinical efficacy of surrounding acupu ncture cooperate with acupoint-injection treat the Chloasma,analyzing its therape utic mechanism,in order to provide information for clinical treatment and resear ch of chloasma.Methods:The study included 60 patients met the study criteria of Chloasm-a of Spleen-asthenia,were randomly divided into two groups,each of 30 cases, The treatment group was treated with facial needle surrounding facial lesions c-ooperate with Astragalus Injection in Zusanli acupoint,the control group was tr eated with oral vitamin C,vitamin E,external use of hydroquinone cream t-reatm ent.Both groups were 4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Observe and record a color,area,Symptoms of traditional Chinese Medi cine,Hamilton depressi-on scale HAMD-24 item scores and adverse reaction bef ore and after treatment, finally Curative effect on chloasma were statistically an alyzed.Results:after treatment chloasma situation (color and area) score in two gr-oups were decreased in different degree (P<0.05),and the treatment group and the control group decreased remarkably (P>0.05),the total effective rate of treat ment group is 57.14%,control group is 50%,the difference of the total efficienc-y was not statistically significant (P>0.05);Comparison of two groups of Chine se medicine symptom score:symptom scores of the treatment group were decr-eased in different degree (P<0.05);complexion score of the control group was d ecreased,the rest of the traditional Chinese symptom scores had no significant difference(P>0.05);The treatment group compared with the control group,the de-gree of complexion was statistically significant (P<0.05).Two groups of Hamilto n depression scale HAMD-24 score comparison:the difference of the treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05);the difference of the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions bet-ween the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant (.P>0.05).Conclusion:1.treatment for two groups were effective,and same effect.2.surround needling combined with acupoint-injection group in improving t-he TCM symptom scores (complexion,appetite and food intake,mental state,shit) were significantly better than that of vitamin C,vitamin E,topical hydroquinone cream group,oral vitamin C,vitamin E,topical hydroquinone cream group can i-mprove complexion.3.surround needling combined with acupoint-injection group in improving d epression of chloasma patients was obviously better than that of vitamin C,vit-amin E,topical hydroquinone cream.4.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant.Chinese medicine had curative effect for the clinical treatment of chloasma provides a the characteristi-cs of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
