The Clinical Observation Of Chloasma In Kidney Yang Deficiency Type With Shenque Acupoint Moxibustion Combined Hydroquinone Cream

Objective:88cases of kidney yang deficiency type of chloasma were randomly treated with Salt partitioned moxibustion on Shenque point combined with hydroquinone2%cream. the Shenque point in Chinese herb moxibustion combined with hydroquinone2%creamand only use of hydroquinone2%cream. Studies on three methods of treatment of kidney yang deficiency type chloasma clinical efficacy, safety and difference.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of88cases of patients randomized control research program will be divided into three groups (Test group I:Salt partitioned moxibustion on Shenque point combined with hydroquinone2%cream; Test group Ⅱ: the Shenque point in Chinese herb moxibustion combined with hydroquinone2%cream; Control group:only use of hydroquinone2%cream). Observed three group.:patients with melasma advocate objective symptom and changes, and to each set of data for statistical analysis.Result:After treatment, the group Ⅰ (Salt partitioned moxibustion on Shenque point combined with hydroquinone2%cream), the clinical cure3patients, effect in10cases, effective in10cases, invalid in6cases, the total effective rate was79.3%; the group Ⅱ (Shenque point in Chinese herb moxibustion combined with hydroquinone2%cream), the clinical cure in4cases, effect in13cases, effective in7cases,5cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was82.8%.The control group which only use of hydroquinone2%cream, the clinical cure in2cases, effect in8cases, effective in12cases,8cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was79.3%. The chi-square test, the group Ⅱ total effective was significantly better than the group I and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:All three groups treatment on kidney yang deficiency type of chloasma have effect. But the Shenque point in Chinese herb moxibustion combined with hydroquinone2%cream has an advantage compared to, Salt partitioned moxibustion on Shenque point combined with hydroquinone2%cream and only use of hydroquinone2%cream. This method is no obvious side effects, should be chosen in the clinical application and promotion.
