The Research On The Multidimensional Health Status Of The Young Retired Elderly In City And The Effects Of Its Labor Participation

With the development of Chinese health and improvement of people's living standards,people and government pay more and more attention on the health,also,the retired elderly in cities still has energy in the labor participation for a long time.Health is the important factor for the young retired elderly in city to join the labor market again.And in the future,with the increasing of the elderly population,this situation will be more and more common.In this paper,we analysis the situation about the young retired elderly in city from the year of 2001.And also,we base on CHARLS from Peking University and binary discrete choice model in the labor participation to analysis the situation about the female aged 55 to 65 years old and the male aged 60 to 65 years old who are retired in city.From two aspects,the paper analysis the situation of the social health st a t u s, t h e ge n e r a l he a l t h an d d i s e a s e hi s t o r y, t h e li f e s t y l e an d he a l t h behaviors,physical disability,mental and psychological about the sample old people.From the result of paper,we know this five categories of health indicators about the retired elderly in cities have different degrees of effects on the reemployment.Also,because of the widespread female retired age of 60 for foreign countries,we do that again for the female from 55 years old to 59 years old and the ones from 60 years old to 65 years old.Because the different natural environments and different economic conditions about Zhejiang province and Gansu province,we analysis the sample data about the five categories of health indicators.In the last part of this paper,we give some suggestions from three aspects of social health,physical health,mental health.And the government should be provided some policy reference for the young retired elderly in city and employment development of them.
