Backgroup Mycoplasm pneumoniae pneumonia, which is also called primary atypical pneumonia,is common community-acquired pneumonia for school-age child and young people. In recent years, the morbidity rate has a rising tend year by year, there are many infants and young children affected. For a few cases, extraplumonary complications acted as initial symptoms,it has a degree of difficulty in clinical diagnosis and treatment, easy misdiagnosis. Some serious complications are treated incorrectly,it will have life-threatening complications, should be emphasized.Different institutes have different incidences of complications range from 22.9%?47.5%.it can present body system and many organs damage,so exploring the risk factors of extraplumonary complications of mycoplasm pneumonia becomes the focus of researchers. Objective By the analysis risk factor of extrapulmonary complications on children with mycoplasma pneumonia, improve the diagnosis and treatment levels of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and provide the reliable basis of reducing the extrapulmonary complications. Methods Consulted the clinic data of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniaof Second Hospital Affiliated of Luohe medical college from July,2011 to July,2013 and carried out the retrospective analysis. There are 155 patients,60 patients with extrapulmonary complications,95 patients without extrapulmonary complications, recorded the age, gender, duration of fever(more than 1 week),the shadow of consolidation of the lung, white blood cell count(WBC),C reaction protein(CRP),Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate(ESR)and the time of macrolide drugs used from infection(more than 1 week),analysised the role of the 8 risk factors to the extrapulmonary complications of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Result 1.There are 60 cases of 155 children with extrapulmonary complications, morbidity rate is 38.7%,the most was the digestive system, morbidity rate is 26.5%.2.In the 8 factors, the shadow of consolidation of the lung,CRP,the time of macrolide drugs used from infection are related to the extrapulmonary complications. They are statistical significance,(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions 1.Children with MPP are prone to developing into extraplomonary complications, many systems and orgens are easily involved.2.the shadow of consolidation of the lung,CRP,the time of macrolide drugs used from infection are risk factors of the extrapulmonary complications.
