Objective: Through observing the clinical curative effect of regulating qi and Activating Blood Decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type insomnia patients, verify from the clinical feasibility of regulating qi and activating blood method in the treatment of insomnia, and provide theoretical support and experimental basis, so as to expand the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of insomnia ideas.Method: According with insomnia qi stagnation and blood stasis type,choose 80 cases,and then they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. In sex, age, course of disease, treatment before the Pittsburgh sleep quality of life index score, TDL score before the treatment, before treatment by traditional Chinese Syndrome Scale score, The two groups had no significant difference. The treatment group was given regulating qi and activating blood circulation Decoction every day,while the control group were given Alprazolam Tablets 0.4mg every night. Two groups of patients were treated with two courses(8 weeks). Two groups of Pittsburgh sleep quality of life index score, TDL score, traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale score was determined after treatment.Results:The two groups fall off 11 cases.There are 34 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group. In total clinical curative effect, Pittsburgh sleep index score reduction rate, traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,the treatment group are better than the control group.In subjective sleep quality, sleep duration, daytime dysfunction, TDL quality of life significantly,the treatment group are obvious better than the controlgroup.Conclusion: Through the circulation of Qi and blood, regulating qi and activating blood circulation decoction has good curative effect in the clinical study of insomnia treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,it can significantly reduce the symptoms of insomnia patients, and improve the quality of life.
