Purpose:The objective of this study is to understand the pain status in patients, analysis the related factors on the pain nursing satisfaction and trying to find the effective interventions of comprehensive nursing through investigating the level of pain intensity and pain nursing satisfaction in patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage. Ultimately, it can relieve patients'pain and improve the satisfaction of pain nursing.Method:This study adopts the questionnaires in the form of a random sample is divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group.80 hospitalized spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage patients non-surgical and with headache of class A tertiary general hospital were investigated by the basic data, Brief Pain Index(BPI), patients'pain nursing satisfaction scale and Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS).All the scales have good reliability and validity. Descriptive statistical analysis (mean, standard deviation, percentage), t test, chi-square were performed by SPSS13.0 statistical package. Comparing multiple sample rates using t test, P> 0.05 for no difference, P< 0.05 for non significant differences, P< 0.01 for significant differences. Analyzing comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage pain nursing satisfaction and putting forward the effective methods of comprehensive nursing intervention.Result:1. Two groups of patients have no significant differences in age, gender, education level, marital status, the economic burden of disease, disease types, time of pain, drug analgesic effective disposal method, disposal method of non-pharmaceutical pain and smoking history(P<0.01),comparable between the two groups.2. The score for pain nursing satisfaction in patients without giving comprehensive nursing intervention was low overall. The level of pain nursing satisfaction in patients with comprehensive nursing intervention significantly higher than those without giving comprehensive nursing intervention(P<0.01). The comprehensive nursing intervention method is effective.3. Pain nursing satisfaction is divided into three dimensions including trust, professional and technical ability, the nursing staff education. In the three dimensions, trust relationship in control group got the lowest score and had a little improvement in the experimental group, but the relationship between education and professional technical ability improved obviously, the more perfect the responsibility system nursing (P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the headache symptoms of patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage and improve the patients' pain nursing satisfaction. This study can provide clinical medical personnel with comprehensive nursing intervention methods for spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage headache patients and improve the quality of nursing service quality.
