Clinic Observation Of Acute Cerebral Infarction By Prescription Of Phlegm And Blood StasiS

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Phlegm Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods60patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases), the control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group in the control group plus phlegm decoction,observe the clinical effect and NIHSS scores in patients after21d, disability degree classification, Barthel index, index the quality of survival, and record adverse reactions.Results the effective rate of the treatment group (93.3%) was higher than that of the control group (76.6%), the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).14d,21d After treatment, NIHSS score, disability degree classification, Barthel index and quality of life index decreased significantly at the end of treatment (p<0.01), and the treatment of the first21d treatment group the index significantly higher than control group (p<0.01), the2groups were no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Phlegm Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has better clinical curative effect...
