Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect and meaning of comprehensiveinterventional treatment for tubal pregnancy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of104cases of patients with tubal pregnancy inTianyou hospital affiliated to Wuhan university of science and technology and Hubeimaternal and child health hospital between December2009and December2013.52cases of voluntary acceptance of a comprehensive interventional treatment as the studygroup,52cases received intramuscular drug treatment as a control group. To comparethe two groups of patients with an average of age, amenorrhea time, pre-treatmentserum ?-HCG values and pelvic mass diameter; to observe the morphologicalcharacteristics of angiography; to compare the success rate, the average time of serum?-HCG values restore to normal level, pelvic mass absorption time?menstruationrecovery time? The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment;tocompare the E2?LH?FSH values of study group before treatment?three months and sixmonths after the treatment; on the third day after the end of the menstruation recoveryexamined HSG to observe tubal patency. The results were statistically analyzed.Results?1. The average of age, amenorrhea time, pre-treatment serum ?-HCG valuesand pelvic mass diameter of the two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05),The data of two groups was comparable.2.Uterine artery angiography of study groups according to their morphology can bebroadly divided into two types: Type one had no obvious signs, type two could seesmall pieces of villi dyeing in the parenchymal phase.3.In the study group, the curative rate was96.15%, the average time of serum ?-HCGvalues restore to normal level was17.60±6.29days, pelvic mass absorption time was26.98±6.23days?menstruation recovery time was32.64±4.88days, the incidence ofadverse reactions was6.00%;in the control group, the curative rate was76.92%, theaverage time of serum ?-HCG values restore to normal level was22.75±7.91days,pelvic mass absorption time was30.30±8.23days?menstruation recovery time was34.58±5.82days, the incidence of adverse reactions was27.50%. There werestatistically significant differences in the curative rate(P<0.01), the average time of serum ?-HCG values restore to normal level(P<0.01), pelvic mass absorptiontime(P<0.05) and the incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.01) of the two groups.menstruation recovery time(p>0.05) of the two groups had no statistically significantdifference.4. The E2?LH?FSH values of study group before treatment?three months and sixmonths after the treatment had no statistically significant difference.5.The tubal patency rate of the study group and the control group was92.50%and76.32%respectively,the difference was statistically significant.Coclusion?1. For tubal pregnancy, comprehensive interventional treatment is betterthan single dose drug treatment, faster recovery, fewer adverse reactions, the advantagesare obvious.2. Uterine artery angiography has high clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of tubalpregnancy, its advantages can complement the examination of ultrasound and blood betaHCG.3. Comprehensive interventional treatment can effectively prevent and reduce therupture hemorrhage of tubal pregnancy, keep the integrity of the fallopian tubemaximumly.4. Application of comprehensive interventional treatment for tubal pregnancy has nosignificant effect on ovarian function.5. Comprehensive interventional therapy is a minimally invasive, accurate, safe andeffective method for the treatment of tubal pregnancy.
