Wheat is one of the most important food crops in the world.It is also the second largest food crop in China.It occupies a very high position in China's commodity grain and strategic grain reserves.Due to the large population and insufficient cultivated land in China,the production status of wheat is particularly important.It has a direct bearing on our country's food security and people's living standards.The increase of wheat yield depends on the excellent characteristics of the crop itself and the cultivation of new varieties.The improvement of wheat varieties depends on the understanding and mastery of its germplasm resources and superior traits.The traits of wheat varieties were evaluated and identified in order to provide a certain reference value for high-yield breeding.In this study,wheat varieties(lines)Xinong 538,Shaan 627,Xinong 364,Xinong 188,Xinong 615 and Xinong 537 were selected as experimental materials.A comparative analysis of indicators and traits related to yield traits from grouting to harvest.Thus,the unique characteristics of each variety were ascertained,and excellent indicators of excellent agronomic traits,yield traits,and yield-supporting traits were selected,providing theoretical references for high-yield breeding.Obtained the following main findings:(1)The dry matter quality of three vegetative organs of leaves,stems and glume of each individual showed a slow decline from 8 to 36 days after anthesis.However,there was difference in dry matter quality among different organs at different stages.The dry matter quality of single stem stalks in vegetative organs plays a decisive role in the biological production of individual vegetative organs.The dry matter quality of individual plants in the six varieties(lines)showed three stages: “increasing period-rapid increasing period-slow increasing period”,showing an “S” growth curve.Among the 6 wheat varieties(lines),the“source” physiological potential of the storage materials of each vegetative organ of Xinong537 was the largest,and the “garages” of Xinong 537 and Xinong 188 were large.(2)The dry matter transport amount between the vegetative organs of the same variety and its contribution to grain performance are not consistent,and there is feedback regulation.Among different vegetative organs,dry matter transport and its contribution to the grain havea certain trend of change: steaf> leaf ?glume.The regularity of dry matter transport rate and transport volume of the same vegetative organ among different varieties(lines)is consistent.For varieties(lines)with a large dry matter transport value,its “flow” is also smooth.The contribution of dry matter transport to each grain in the vegetative organs is not completely consistent with that of its dry matter transport value.This indicates that the grain size is affected by the combined effects of dry matter transport values between vegetative organs and is also constrained by the size of the “bank”,which ultimately determines the weight.(3)The major traits of the plant and the higher level were significantly different among the six wheat varieties(lines).The comprehensive traits of Xinong 537 and Xinong188 performed well in six wheat varieties(lines).Among them,Xinong 537 showed superior panicle length in the main stem,length of the main stem and 1000-grain weight in the main stem,and Xinong 188 had superior performance in plant height,spike length of the main stem,number of spikes in the main stem,and number of spikelets in the main stem.Comprehensive grouting characteristics can be obtained,Xinong 537 organs "source(storage material)flow" performance are good,the main spike length,the main section of the next ear,1000-grain weight performance is excellent.Xinong 538 "source"(leaf and glume storage material)larger,"flow"(leaves)smooth,plant height resistant to lodging.Xinong 188 has a large source of "leaves and husk storage materials","flow"(leaves)and grain "banks",and has a better performance in plant height,spike length,number of grains per spike,and number of main spikelets.Xinong 615 "source"(stem storage material)is larger,the grain "stock" is larger,the number of grains per spike and the number of main spikelets are more.Shaan 627 and Xinong 364 "source"(stem storage material)is large,"flow"(stem)smooth.These results have important guiding significance for further clarification of the characteristics of the bred cultivars and their application and promotion.
