In the process of large-scale pig breeding,the real-time monitoring and effective environmental control has great effect on the growth of pigs.The poor pig environment has poor effect on pig production status,but also reduced the feed conversion rate and resulted in waste of resources.At the same time,some preventive measures could not effectively prevent the epidemic disease,so seriously affected the economy and production efficiency.Environmental monitoring including the monitoring of air quality and air environment,air condition monitoring of piggery temperature and humidity,but also including monitoring of air quality in piggery ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide and other harmful gases monitoring.It is difficult to establish a mathematical model for the piggery environment system,which is a nonlinear,time-varying and hysteretic system.It is difficult to obtain accurate static and dynamic performance parameters by simply relying on conventional control methods.Therefore,in this paper,we proposed a design scheme of the online monitoring and control system for the distributed intelligent pig house in Harbin Heilongjiang based on the characteristics of the different environment control.In this paper,we introduce the design of a distributed control pig monitoring system.First,we introduce principle analysis of the environmental control,link various environmental factors to the fuzzy transformation,analyse the environmental adaptability,design the fuzzy control algorithm of the temperature factor control effect and then determine the overall design scheme of environmental monitoring system.Hypogynous machine control system hardware consists of main controller,sensor and actuator.The sensor real-time upload environmental parameters in each pigsty to the computer.The host computer according to the actual situation,sends the control commands to the actuator and the actuator operates according to the host command to realize the monitoring of ammonia concentration and carbon dioxide concentration,temperature,humidity,light and other parameters of the pig.We use the SIEMENS Step7 software on the computer and use the STL statement to write the control program of the PLC computer system to realize the control of the actuator and other related equipment.Then,we design the monitoring host computer management system and use the WinCC configuration software design of the computer monitor screen on the computer.The software can display the parameters of real-time data,curve,animation,modification on the field parameters and own the storage and query functions.
