At present,my country's poultry industry has a history of more than 40 years of development,which not only promotes the growth of the national economy,but also plays an important role in people's lives.However,due to the large-scale and intensive farming mode,the products with poor quality can no longer meet the needs of residents.Ecological chicken raising under the forest,using the green ecological environment among the forests,combining traditional and modern breeding technology,is the development direction of ecological raising,and its raising mode is more and more favored by people.The system combines the characteristics of modern free-range chicken houses with the growth requirements of chickens,and an environmental monitoring system is designed for the free-range chicken house.The whole system mainly completed the following three parts: chicken house structure construction,software and hardware design,algorithm selection.The whole structure of the chicken house is composed of ecological composite board and foam sandwich insulation board,which is light in weight,easy to disassemble and transport;The glass window of the wall satisfies the requirements of the chicken during the growth process,and the windproof rope installed on the roof guarantee the stability of the house,and two rows of small pulleys mounted on both sides of the lockable egg collection device facilitate pulling.Scientific and rational design has been carried out to ensure the growth environment of the chicken.The hardware part is centered on Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC.The hardware system is designed with various sensors,power supplies,execution components and remote wireless communication modules as peripheral modules for signal acquisition and processing.At the same time,in order to facilitate the user's operating system,Wincc flexible monitoring configuration software is used to design the human-computer interaction interface,which can display the parameters transmitted by the lower computer,the status of the execution components,the fault alarm and other information,and also provide real-time data and historical data query,parameter setting and other functions.The 4G router is used as a WIFI wireless communication module to realize long-distance real-time monitoring and data query of the chicken house.The software part completes the initialization program design,data acquisition program design and communication module design.The algorithm part selects the fuzzy neural network PID control method to control the temperature of the house.By analyzing the fuzzy neural network PID control principle,the controlled object model is established,and the control program is designed according to the control theory.In order to realize the temperature control device of the system,it can be turned on or off according to the temperature suitable for the growth of the chicken.The simulation results of the system show that the designed temperature control system has stable operation and strong anti-interference ability.At the end of the paper,the environmental parameters of the house were sampled during the system test,and the temperature and humidity and harmful gas data were compared and analyzed by EXCEL software to verify the feasibility of the system.
