| By using the method of the well cellar transplanting to solve the transplanting transplanting depth,high labor intensity,low efficiency,transplanting after transplanting seedling length,the survival rate of transplanting seedlings is higher in production has become the focus of many scholars in tobacco industry.At present,there is no definite conclusion about the best criteria for selecting the suitable seedlings,the specifications of the pit for transplantation and the optimum soil moisture content in the pit making.In recent years,Guizhou province’s most smoke area because of low temperature during the seedling frequently according to the weather,it is difficult to achieve in the best transplanting period in seedling cultivation,the effects of tobacco,improve the quality of development and sustainable development.In this paper,by using the field demonstration test of binot No.1,standard field cultivation measures,growth period of record and determination of various test varieties of flue-cured tobacco,tobacco and other shape parameters,through the methods of data analysis,the binot No.1 flue-cured tobacco growth period,plant shape,leaf appearance,tobacco contains chemical composition,root vigor of the overall comparison,so as to choose the overall effect of better technical indexes for the well cellar type transplanting.The main results are as follows:(1)the analysis of the standard of well transplanting and transplanting seedlingsIn Guizhou tobacco area,tobacco seedlings for transplanting the well cellar: age of 45 ~ 50 days,4 ~ 5 pieces of functional leaves and stem height of 3 ~ 4 cm,developed root system,no pests,good resistance.(2)the analysis of the number of blades in the pit type transplanting suitable planting tobacco seedlingCut 1 times of leaf,stem height 3-5 cm,leaf 4-6 tablets of tobacco seedlings suitable film type well cellar transplanting seedling transplanting,can meet the demand in the best transplanting period after transplanting,shorten the tobacco seedling,promote tobacco plants grow quicker.(3)Analysis of pit type specifications for pit transplantingThe well cellar transplanting tobacco earlier and faster,is conducive to the growth of tobacco plant,large accumulation of dry matter best well cellar specifications for 8-9 cm,18 cm deep,the suitable planting seedling stem height was 3-6 cm,can promote the growth of tobacco stems on the ground,high growth,agronomic characters and economic characters such as good performance.(4)the optimum moisture analysis of the well cellar transplanting well cellar productionThe soil of 45% and 65% moisture content is suitable for making pit pit,and the standard of well pit is made,while the soil of 85% moisture content is too much,which affects the rate of pit making,and the formation of well made pit is poor. |
