| Through the years of tests, demonstration and extension of Zhonyan100 in Feixian County, it adapts to the ecological conditions of Feixian, showing high and stable yield, strong comprehensive resistance to diseases. So Zhongyan100 has become the preferred variety of tobacco growers and plays an irreplaceable role in production. However, there were still some problems in Zhongyan100 production. For example, the incidence of virosis was relatively serious, the color intensity of cured leaves wasn't stong, the aroma quantity wasn't full and the undesirable taste was relatively heavy. To solve such problems, the key technology and the key measures have been worked out, a series of tests and large scale demonstration have been carried out, and the main research results are as follows.1.As for seedling production mode, transplanting method and time, direct seedling production with trays and transplanting under film on May 6 or so are best for Zhongyan100.2.As for fertilization kind and level, the optimal application level of nitrogen is 7 kg/666.7m2, the optimum organic fertilizer is Ba fuxian fertilizer (4-1-4) and the optimal application level of boron is 1 kg/ 666.7m2. The best package fertilization program for Zhonyan100 is Ba fuxian fertilizer of 35kg + 45% Sa kefu fertilizer of 31.3 kg + 64% diammonium phosphate (18-46-0) of 5 kg + 50% potassium sulfate of 25.2 kg + Borax of 1 kg (0.7 kg as basal fertilizer, 0.3 kg as dressing fertilizer sprayed at the concentration of 2% in field period) to be applied per 666.7m2.3.As for flue-curing condition, yellowing under middle temperature (dry bulb temperature of 40℃) and middle relative humidity (80%-85%) is best for Zhongyan100, which can effiectively improve the quality of cured leaves.4.A perfect technical standard of optimal cultivation and matching technology of Zhongyan100, including direct seedling production with trays, package fertilization, transplanting under film on May 6 or so, harvesting ripe leaves and yellowing under middle temperature and humidity, has been developed and applied, which brings significant economic, social and ecological benefits. |
