Qinchuan cattle is famous excellent cattle breeds in China.It has a outstanding performance in meat service genetic stability,adaptability,in our country the first five large cattle.Howerve,the Qinchuan cattle is a service and meat varieties,its growth is slow,the hindquarters muscle less substantial defects such as has not been completely overcome.In the past 30 years,researchers with the development of Qinchuan cattle breeding and genetic improvement,the growth and meat performance can be significantly improved the successful breeding of Qinchuan beef a new line.To analysis of Qinchuan cattle growth performance,a new line of behavioral characteristics,physiological indexes,blood biochemical indexes,enrich and improve the data of a new line of Qinchuan beef,to provide a scientific basis for healthy breeding of Qinchuan cattle breeding and fattening and science.Selection of Qinchuan cattle varieties at the age of 18 months,24 months,36 months and 48 months old male cow 5 heads,measuring the body weight and body size(body length,body height,waist height and hucklebone width,rump length,the waist width,chest circumference,waist circumference,circumference),calculate the index of body size(body length index,body index and rump width index,chest circumference index,and analyze the growth performance of fattening);8 hours a day(8:00~12:00,14:00~18:00)tracking records of each cattle total time,cycle,horizontal ruminant ruminant time,analysis of the behavior of each cattle;Determination of body temperature,respiratory rate and the number of rumen motility,analyzed the variation of physiological indexes of fasting venous blood collection;carotid 5ml,isolated from the serum by automatic biochemical analyzer and automatic electrolyte Determination of serum biochemical analyzer(alanine aminotransferase,total protein,albumin,globulin,albumin/globulin ratio,calcium,phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus ratio,sodium,potassium and chlorine,urea nitrogen,glucose,triglycerides),changes of biochemical indexes.Above all,through the analysis of body weight and body size indexes,found the experimental cattle at the age of 12~18 months,the growth rate of the fastest growth rate is greater than the bull cow,the cow index test after 18 months of age to maintain a relatively stable level;analysis of the behavioral characteristics,found that the test time associated with the total cattle ruminant age was positively relationship,rumination cycle,rest time and age was negatively correlated;analysis of physiological indexes,found that the test cow body temperature and respiratory rate decreased with the increasing of age,the number of rumen motility increased with increasing age;analysis of serum biochemical indexes,found that bovine alanine aminotransferase test calcium,phosphorus,sodium,calcium and phosphorus ratio had no obvious relationship with age,total protein,albumin,globulin,urea nitrogen,glucose,triglycerides increased with the increasing of age,but to 18 months of age To maintain a relatively stable level after the white ball ratio,potassium and chlorine decreased with the increasing of age,but remained relatively stable levels of potassium and chlorine in December after age.The genetic improvement of Qinchuan cattle in body size traits have been greatly improved,physiological and biochemical indexes in the beef breed standard range,which has the basic characteristics of beef cattle breed.
