| Aflatoxin M1(AFM1)is a derivative of aflatoxin B1(AFB1),the world health organization’s international agency for research on cancer(IARC)has classified AFM1 Ⅰ carcinogenic compounds(IARC,2002).AFB1 pollution of the diet,when ingested by cows milk such as livestock,through the rumen,absorption into the blood and transported to the liver or kidney,can be metabolism or degradation,which might be secreted into the milk,the milk of mycotoxin could be transferred to the human food,thus affect human health.This study AFB1 as the research object,mainly has the following contents: aflatoxin M1(AFM1)is the derivatives of aflatoxin B1(AFB1),the world health organization(who)international agency for research on cancer(IARC)has classified AFM1 Ⅰ carcinogenic compounds(IARC,2002).AFB1 pollution of the diet,when ingested by cows milk such as livestock,through the rumen,absorption into the blood and transported to the liver or kidney,can be metabolism or degradation,which might be secreted into the milk,the milk of mycotoxin could be transferred to the human food,thus affect human health.This study AFB1 as the research object,mainly has the following contents:Experiment 1: The development of mycotoxins in feed synchronous detection technology.Based on features of feed and the characteristics of mycotoxin,improve traditional liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method,set up suitable for mycotoxins in feed detection of LC-MS/MS method.The method can synchronous detection of 10 kinds of mycotoxin,cover of AFB1,vomiting toxins,mainly corn feed gibberellic ketene and other 10 kinds of toxins,simple pretreatment,method precision meet the requirements.Experiment 2: Different concentrations of AFB1 diet on growth performance,body health and milk cows in AFM1 transformation.Prepared two different content of AFB1 concentration of diet,choose 24 head similar body condition(time = 2.8 3.7,lactation = 279 + 24 d day age,lactation amount = 20.2 + /-3.3 kg/d)of the health of the lactation holstein cows,completely randomly divided into three groups,each group of eight.Experimental results show that different level configuration of AFB1 add diet feeding the cows,affect the daily feed intake,feed conversion and milk performance,dry matter intake of them obviously decreased significantly.Different levels of AFB1 and dry matter of cows feed intake,milk production and milk composition content showed a negative correlation.Can make cows AFB1 higher indices such as serum AST,ALT,dairy cattle liver damage,affect the normal function of fermentation in the rumen,harmful to the cow body health.Milk AFM1 exist in the transformation,and this study AFM1 conversion rate between 0.19% to 1.02%,under the condition of diet,with the increase of concentration of AFB1 AFM in milk.Experiment 3: Thermal stability of mycotoxins in milk impact study.Milk from experiment 2 as an object,Uses the dairy processing enterprises strength 75℃/15 s,is the most often used heat treatment simulation pasteurization conditions;137 ℃ / 4 s,the simulation conditions of UHT milk.Results showed that the stability of mycotoxin don’t heat treatment process,mycotoxins in current pasteurization process and UHT process conditions,cannot destroy its structure. |
