Abstract/Summary:
Low lignin whole plant corn silage as a potential source of high quality roughage ruminants,has unique advantages,such as lower lignin content,stem softer,higher proportion of stem,digestible organic matter content is higher.This study choose cultivating a certain institute low lignin corn and common cor(1699)first jade as whole plant corn silage seeds to grow and make into wrapping package silage,Through low lignin whole plant corn silage and ordinary whole plant corn silage comparing the conventional nutrients,rumen degradation characteristics and feeding lactation cows after determination of the production performance of lactation cows,blood biochemical indices and the influence of rumen fermentation parameters,provide a reference for low lignin whole corn plant breeders.The test results are as follows.Experiment 1:low lignin whole plant corn silage compared with ordinary whole plant corn silage conventional nutrients.Results show that the low lignin content of whole plant corn silage DM,NDF significantly higher than ordinary whole plant corn silage(P<0.01),starch and ADF content is significantly higher than ordinary whole plant corn silage(P<0.05),CP content is lower than the ordinary whole plant corn silage and significant difference(P<0.05).Experiment 2:low lignin all seedlings corn silage corn silage and ordinary cow rumen degradation characteristics research.Results show that the low lignin whole plant corn silage DM in 4 h,16 h,24 h,72 h of degradation rate was significantly lower than ordinary whole plant corn silage(P<0.05),but the degradation trends are similar,both are increased with the extension of the degradation time.Low lignin whole plant corn silage CP in cows rumen degradation rate is lower than the ordinary whole plant corn silage(P<0.05),in 16,24 h,48 h and 72 h extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Low lignin of the whole plant corn silage NDF in cows rumen except 72 h each time the degradation rate of the rest of all lower than that of ordinary whole plant corn silage(P<0.05),low whole plant corn silage ADF lignin degradation rate in 4 h,8 h,16 h was significantly lower than normal plants corn silage(P<0.05).Experiment 3:low lignin whole plant corn silage on the properties of lactation dairy production impact study.Healthy early lactating Holstein dairy cows were divided into two groups with 130 cows in each group and the diets were the same except for whole corn silage.The preexperiment period lasted for 14 days and the experiment period lasted for 60 days.Experimental results show that low lignin all strains of corn silage significantly reduced the dry matter intake of lactation cows and milk,but milk is converted into a 4%correction breast milk yield no significant differences between the two groups.Low lignin of whole plant corn silage feeding lactation cows feed conversion rate is significantly higher than ordinary whole plant corn silage feeding lactation cows(P<0.01),the breast milk protein rate and dry matter content is significantly higher than ordinary whole plant corn silage feeding lactation cows(P<0.05),butterfat rate and lactose content had no significant difference.Experiment 4:Study on blood biochemical parameters and rumen fermentation parameters of whole corn silage with low lignin on lactating dairy cows.Results show that the low lignin with ordinary compared to whole plant corn silage feeding lactation cows,serum Alt,aspertate aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase levels have increased,but no significant difference(P>0.05);Albumin,globulin,globulin ratio,cholesterol,insulin,free fatty acid,urea nitrogen and glucose were not significantly different between the two groups.The content of the gallbladder contraction,significantly lower than ordinary whole plant corn silage feeding lactation cows(P<0.01).Ammonia nitrogen content in the tumor gastric juice compared with ordinary whole plant corn silage feeding lactation cows have downward trend(0.05<P<0.1),acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,pentanoic acid and isovaleric acid content is no significant difference(P>0.05),microbial protein levels significantly lower than average of whole plant corn silage feeding lactation cows(P<0.05).In conclusion,there are certain differences between 1IGNO1 whole corn silage and normal whole corn silage in conventional nutrients and rumen degradation rate of dairy cows.Feeding lignol whole corn silage to lactating cows affects their performance and milk composition to a certain extent,but does not cause drastic changes in blood biochemical indexes and gastric tumor fermentation parameters.
