One of the most important components of tractor transmission system is transmission,and Synchronizer is the most important component of transmission.At present,in order to improve the shift performance and reliability of the tractor,it is worth studying to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the Synchronizer easily,conveniently and quickly.It is difficult to get the performance parameters of the Synchronizer accurately and can not guide the development of Synchronizer.Therefore,a perfect Synchronizer performance test bench is developed according to the above situation.This paper introduces the engineering background,current situation and development trend of the synchro test stand,analyzes the test items of the synchro test stand,and determines the two major test categories of the synchro test stand,namely the basic performance test and the life test.The overall design of the measuring and controlling system of the Synchronizer test stand is carried out,and the design scheme of the mechanical stand arrangement,electrical part and hydraulic oil supply system is discussed.The hardware structure and software system of the measuring and controlling system of the Synchronizer test stand are designed.The test data and characteristic curves obtained from the test of the measurement and control system are analyzed.The test data are basically the same as the theoretical values of the Synchronizer.The measurement and control method of this test bench mainly has four parts: Atos' s servo cylinder pushes the gear shift rod to shift gear,and measures the parameters such as gear change force,torque,displacement,and speed of the Synchronizer;The use of NI Compact RIO for high-speed acquisition and short-term storage of test data solves the problem of unreliable data due to instability of the IPC system and uncertainty of the acquisition cycle.According to the importance of data,the frequency of data transmission can also be determined.The upper computer software is built through the LabVIEW platform of the NI company,and globally controls the operation of all programs.It is responsible for handling the communication,display and storage of parameters and data with PLC and CompactRIO;PLC program to monitor the state of the electromagnetic valve,movement and gear shift process,detection of alarm information.On the basis of completing the basic performance test of the Synchronizer,the Synchronizer tester also solved the rapid positioning and installation technology of the coaxial dual-input and single-output Synchronizer on the platform,the different gear shift momentum simulation technology,and the servo control technology of the shift process.,The technology of mass data acquisition,fast transmission,curve display and storage in synchronization process.This test bed has been put into use and has applied for a patent.It is currently operating well.
