Handling machinery, which is used to save labor and improve work efficiency, plays animportant role in the process of agricultural products processing and shipping. However, theexisting handling mechanical chassis has several disadvantages,such as single structurerelatively, big turning radius, low working efficience. The flexible chassis, based on thetechnology of four-wheel independent drive and four-wheel steering, can realize somemovements that other vehicle chassis cannot achieve, such as pivot steering and90degreesdeflection, so the research of flexible chassis has an important significance in promotingdevelopment of agricultural mechanization in the processing and shipping process andimproving the work efficiency, however, the coordinated control of flexible chassis hasalways been the difficulty of the flexible chassis research.In order to solve the problem of excessive freedom degrees of flexible chassis and theinstability of the ground motion, this paper designed the flexible chassis test bench.Firstly,designed and calculated mechanical structure,drew2desimision figures, used pro/E softwaredesigned for3d modeling test rig, utilized Adams/view software carried on the simplesimulation analysis to get the level rotary angular velocity changing with driving wheel speedand positive pressure.Secondly, designed the control system of flexible chassis test bench, selected testcontroller chip, completed the acquisition of sensor signals, electromagnetic lock signal, drivecontroller and angle signals,finished the design of control circuits.Then, on the basis of the test design and theory of circuit design, carried out theprototype of test bench, design and manufacture sensors installation auxiliary device,calibrated the force sensors,installed force sensors, speed sensors, data acquisition cards onthe test, completed welding and debugging of the circuit and the connection of the hardware.Finally, designed and programmed the procedure of the test controller, and verified itscontrol system and the rationality of LabVIEW real-time visualization system.This paper based on the design and manufacture of flexible chassis test bench and itscontrol system, and the test experiment proved the feasibility of the test bench and its controlsystem, the angle and rotational speed measurement system can accurately measure the force,size. The secondary development based on king view achieved the parameters setting, real-time animation display, trend curve, report output printing etc, provided a platform forfurther research on the control system of flexible chassis, movement characteristics anddynamic characteristics. |
