| Addition and Subtraction Gualou Powder is a classic compound composed of 10 herbs,including Gualou,Bupleurum,Peel,Tangerine,Radix Astragali,Cornus,Trichosanthin,Arctiin,Saponaria,and Glycyrrhiza.According to the theory of Chinese Veterinary Medicine,this prescription has the effects of heat-clearing,reducing sputum,dispelling sputum,relieving liver and so on.It has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of subclinical mastitis cows.This experiment is mainly by the methods of modem veterinary medicine tostudy the effect of anti-microbial in vivo,tanti-inflammatory in vivo and the effect of cure the recessive mastitis cows on the decoction of Gualou Pulvis.1.Isolation and identification of pathogenic from the subclinical mastitis.Identify the main pathogenic bacteria that cause cow mastitis in the Wuwei area,and provide guidance for local cow mastitis prevention and control technology.Forty cows with subclinical mastitis cows were aseptically collected from a cow farm in Wuwei,and the types of pathogenic ba cteria were determined by bacterial culture,isolation,and biochemical identification.A total of 22 strains of 3 main pathogens were obtained,including 5 strains of E.coil(22.7%),11 strains of S.aureus(50.0%)and Strep tococcus 6(27.2%),mainly Staphylococcus aureus.The result was in accord with the common pathogenic bacteria in clinical outcome.2.The bacteriostasis experiment of Gualou Pulvis decoction to the pathogenic bacteria in vitro.The antibacterial strength of antibiotics against pathogenic bacteria was determined by disc diffusion method.The Oxford cup method was used to detect the drug sensitivity of the pathogenic bacteria to the addition and reduction of the decoction of the decoction and the decoction of the decoction of the decoction was adjusted by the double dilution method.Minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae are sensitive to most antibiotics,while Escherichia coli is resistant to most antibiotics;addition and reduction of Gualou Powder have a certain inhibitory effect on the main pathoges.The reduction of melons and pods is highly sensitive.S.agalactiae and E.coli are low-sensitivity and medium-sensitivity decoctions,respectively,and they have certain antibacterial effects.3.The clinical trials of Gualou Pulvis on subclinical mastitis.Cows with hidden cow mastitis in Wuwei District were treated with high-dose(1000mL),medium-dose(500mL),and low-dose(250mL)addition and reduction of Gualou San Shui Decoction and compared with ciprofloxacin con trol group.A comprehensive evaluation of the therapeutic effect of the high,medium,and low dosages of the Gualou Sanjie group and the control group was performed.The results showed that the effective rates of the experimental drugs for cows with subclinical mastitis were 94.44%,85.71%,69.44%,63.89%,respectively.Among them,the effective rate of adding medium and high dosage of Gualou Powder was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Therefore,it is recommended that the clinical dose for the treatment of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows should be 500 mL.For patients with severe clinical symptoms,the dosage can be increased. |
