In recent years,with the increasing of demand for Chinese wolfberry,the planting area of Chinese wolfberry has also expanded.Because the low efficiency,high cost and great demand of labor of manual picking,the picking cost has exceeded 50% of the total cost.The harvest period of Chinese wolfberry was only about 7 days.So,a large number of labor force is needed,which seriously restrict the development of Chinese wolfberry industry.It is great significance to develop machinery to solve problem of Chinese wolfberry picking in China.At present,many Chinese wolfberry picking machines have been developed by many scholars,these picking machine was only on the stage of scientific research and couldn’t be used widely in market because there were many problems in these machines.Research on Chinese wolfberry picking machine in China was mainly based on small and portable,it was limited to improve the picking efficiency of Chinese wolfberry and can not solve problem practically.In the future,research on Chinese wolfberry picking machinery will mainly focus on large self-walking wolfberry picking machinery.Object to the Chinese wolfberry picking,in this test,the methods of mechanical characteristic test,theoretical calculation and finite element simulation,were used,a Vibrating Chinese wolfberry Picking machine was designed by using Solidworks and Ansys software.This thesis mainly focus on the following aspects:(1)The test of biological and mechanical propertiesThe Chinese wolfberry parameters of planting and natural growth of by using tape measure and vernier caliper.The connection force of the ripe fruits,upripe fruits and flowers were measured by HP-2 digital explicit push-pull meter,which provide basis for parameter design of vibration picking device.The mechanical compress properties of fruits and branches of Chinese wolfberry were tested by microcomputer control electronic tensile test machine.The parameters of elastic modulus and density of fruits and branches of Chinese wolfberry were obtained by calculating,which provide the basis for establishment of Chinese wolfberry fruits、Chinese wolfberry branches model and simulation of Chinese wolfberry fruits and branches.(2)Design of vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking machineThe dynamic type and vibration excitation structure of the Chinese wolfberry picking machine were choosed.According to the design requirements,the machine structure,the device of vibration picking,collecting and conveying,the machine frame were designed,and the 3D model of Chinese wolfberry picking machine was established.(3)Theoretical analysis of excitation mechanismForce condition of Chinese wolfberry picking machine during process and the the shaking type of the first ten steps natural frequency were analyzed.The working parameters of the excitation mechanism were determined by analyzing the movement of the crank slider mechanism and combining with the connection force of ripe fruits and green fruits of Chinese wolfberry.Which can meet the requirements of picking Chinese wolfberry.(4)Finite element analysis of the machine frameStatic analysis and finite element modal analysis of the frame were carried out by using Ansys Workbench software.the maximum stressof the frame was about 80 MPa by analyzing the stress distribution,which and the frame strength of Chinese wolfberry picking machine is qualified.The natural frequency of the first ten order modal of the frame of Chinese wolfberry picking machine was analyzed,and the lowest frequency was about 30 Hz,It is quite different from the vibration frequency of 10-13.5 Hz,and no resonance will occur.
