Euzophera pyriella Yang is an important fruit tree pest insect in Xinjiang.The pest insect has seriously influenced the sound development of fruit industry in Xinjiang,especially for the Korla pear.Due to its unclear cause mechanism,it is difficult to prevent and control the pest insect system,moreover,the current situation is to depend on chemical control excessively.Therefore,it is urgent to make clear its cause mechanism.To identify the biochemical criterion dynamic changes of Euzophera pyriella Yang overwintering larvae is one of the bases to solve the problem.Based on this,the writer studies the cold tolerance mechanism of the Euzophera pyriella Yang larvae in different genders and ages during overwintering period.Meanwhile,it is proposed to provide new thinking and methods for the integrated control of the Euzophera pyriella Yang.In this experiment,a drying method,spectrophotometer method and a gas chromatographic method are applied to detect the moisture content,total sugar content,protein content,total lipid content,triglyceride content,fatty acid types and relative amount of the 4 polypide,namely,the 3-age female larva,5-age female larva,3-age male larva and 5-age male larva of the Euzophera pyriella Yang during the adjacent overwintering period and overwintering periods.Results show as follows:1)The moisture content,total sugar content and triglyceride content of the 3-age female larva,5-age female larva,3-age male larva and 5-age male larva of the Euzophera pyriella Yang during wintering periods show a U-shaped variation trend,namely,decreasing firstly and then increasing.2)The total sugar content of the3-age female larva,5-age female larva,3-age male larva and 5-age male larva of the Euzophera pyriella Yang during wintering periods shows a decline trend till it rises again in the mid-February of the following year.3)During overwintering period,the relative amounts of the unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid as well as the protein content show an increasing,decreasing,increasing and decreasing wave-like change.The protein content of the 4 larvae during the overwintering period has a roughly same change trend,furthermore,the protein content of each polypide during overwintering period is higher than the value during non-overwintering period.During overwintering period,the relative amount of saturated fatty acid for each polypide is lower than the value during non-overwintering period,while,the relative amount of the unsaturated fatty acid is just on the contrary.Conclusion: During overwintering period,there exists a roughly same dynamic change rule to the moisture content,total sugar content,total lipid content,triglyceride content,relative amounts of unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid of the older female larva,younger female larva,older male larva and younger male larva of the Euzophera pyriella Yang.
