In this test,the total flavonoid content,anthocyanin components and content,and total phenol content in the fruits of Vaccinium uliginosum,Changbai Mountain were determined.On this basis,the excellent germplasm resources of Changbai Mountain were discovered and preserved.To explore the correlation between functional components and altitude and latitude in Vaccinium uliginosum fruits in Changbai Mountains,and provide theoretical basis for further development of Vaccinium uliginosum fruits in Changbai Mountains.Based on 100 samples of Vaccinium uliginosum fruit from 10 populations in Changbai Mountain area,the results were obtained using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS),and Folin-phenol method.Result:1.The components with the highest anthocyanin content were malvatin-3-glucoside,delphinidin-3-glucoside,petunidin-3-glucoside,which accumulated to total flowers.61.58%of cyanoside,mallowin-3-arabinoside and mallowin-3-galactoside content were small,accounting for 0.63%of the total anthocyanins.The anthocyanin and total phenol content of the LJII population were the highest,and these two populations could be used as the preferred populations for Vaccinium uliginosum production and breeding.The total flavonoid content of DFHI-8 is 242.35mg·100-1FW,the total anthocyanin content of LJⅢ-1 is 423.44mg·100g-1FW,and the total phenol content of LJIII-4 is 1033.32mg·100g-1FW.It is an excellent germplasm and can be used as the first choice for production and breeding.material.2.In the correlation analysis of 100 fruit samples from 10 populations,there was not significantly correlation between the total flavonoid content and the total anthocyanin and total phenol content,and each component of the anthocyanin was extremely significant with total anthocyanin and total phenol.Positive correlation,total anthocyanins and total phenols have a very significant positive correlation;in the principal component analysis,anthocyanins,total phenols,and total flavones are divided into four main components,PC1 represents the integrity of the content of each component,PC2 represents anthocyanins Individuality of each component of glycoside.In the cluster analysis,the 10 populations were classified into class Ⅳ according to the content of each component.3.The spatial distribution of total flavonoids,anthocyanins,and total phenols in fruits of Vaccinium uliginosum in different populations of Changbai Mountain had some correlation.Total flavonoids were positively correlated with altitude,and the anthocyanin and total phenol contents increased first and then decreased at an altitude.They were positively correlated when the altitude was 740-830m,and negatively correlated when the altitude was above 830m.There was no correlation between total flavonoids,anthocyanins,and total phenols and latitude.
