| Seeds as an important raw material in agricultural production,its quality has become a hot topic in agricultural production.The aim of this paper is to design the vegetable seed sorting system based on the characteristics of vegetable seed based on the optical non-destructive testing technology to improve the seed quality and vitality.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The research progress of seed sorting system at home and abroad is studied,analyzes the seed quality detection research method,and finally selects the seed quality detection method based on optical nondestructive testing.(2)General Design of Vegetable Seeds Sorting System.According to the functional requirements of vegetable seed sorting system,the design scheme of automatic seed separation system is discussed,including the design principle of the system,the overall scheme design of the hardware system and the overall scheme of the software system design.(3)The Design of Vegetable Seed Recognition and Detection System.The method of seed identification detection is determined,and the appropriate device is selected,assembled and debugged according to the detection method;Determine the camera calibration method,get inside and outside the camera parameters,to prepare the experiment of the location information of the immature seed.The target seeds containing fluorescence are processed by threshold segmentation and edge detection in image processing technology,and their centroid coordinates are identified.(4)The design of sorting control system..After the successful identification of the seeds containing the fluorescence,the seeds are sorted out with a high precision sorting system.Therefore,the control system takes the rectangular coordinate table as the Grading mechanism and the PLC controller as the core;design the PLC communication module,I / O port and PLC control program.(5)PC software development.seed sorting software platform based on VS2010 and OpenCV is responsible for controlling the entire system running process.(6)Experimental study.The precision calibration test was carried out on the rectangular coordinate table,on this basis,the vegetable seed sorting test and germination test were completed.Experimental results show that the precision of the right angle coordinate table can meet the needs of the system,the precision of seed sorting can reach 91%.The vitality of the seed that contains the fluorescent seed after the sorting is significantly lower than that of the seed without fluorescence.The rationality and reliability of the system meet the design requirements. |
