Abstract/Summary:
China is the world tomato plant superpower, at present China ranked second in global production, accounting for 28% of the total tomato. As red industry bibcock, Tomato industry has become an important economic pillar in Xinjiang. Currently in the process of deep processing of raw tomato, the green tomatoes are carried out by manually sorting, color sorting machine a machine that can sort the green tomatoes instead of manual sorting from material. Currently 6SF-40 type Tomato Color Sorting machine has been self-developed by Electrical and Mechanical College of Shihezi University and has been put into production for trial.In this paper, aiming at the problem that air pressure fluctuations reservoir in the gas storage room, Pneumatic control system was designed. Content of the study is divided into three parts:(1) Basic research. Take Theoretical analysis and research on the main characteristics of cylinder and spring-tooth in Pneumatic enforcement system, such as theory gas consumption and actual gas consumption. Analyzing the gas flow field in gas storage room, these would do for further research foundation. By orthogonal test on tomato color sorter operating parameters were optimized to determine the best work of the drive cylinder pressure. Done research on air pressure changes in the gas storage room under the different number of spring-tooth and the different number of actions and obtained Linear equation(2) Modeling and simulation. Done research on ITV series of electrical proportional valves produced by SMC, establish the electrical force balance equation of proportional valve spool, the gas differential equations and the mass flow of gas pressure equations. Based on the dynamic equations that were established, established the mathematical model of control system, using simulation software named Matlab/Simulink to simulate the model.(3) System design and test. By analyzing and researching on the popular and the most used control methods and strategies, finalized the adaptive PID control for the system's control method, and modified the establishment model. The hardware architecture was designed and the system was set up. By using Lab VIEW virtual instrument experimental platform, the control system software architecture was designed. The final programming and debugging were taken on 6SF-10-type tomato color sorting machine.From the research in this paper, the design gives pressure fluctuation adaptive control systems, the system for dynamic simulation and experiment, the experimental result has proved that established model and the control method are in correct line. The established mathematical model in this paper provides theoretical basis for future research work.
