In order to study the characteristics of soil enzyme activity and its influencing factors in Liaohekou wetland,the depth of different soil layers?S1:0-10 cm;S2:10-20?was determined from 5 to 11 months in Liaohekou reed,?pH,conductivity,organic matter,total nitrogen?,and soil physical and chemical properties?pH,conductivity,organic matter,total nitrogen?,and soil physical and chemical properties?pH,conductivity,organic matter,total nitrogen?Salinity,analysis of three different wetland types,different soil depth of soil enzyme activity and its changes with time,to explore the soil physical and chemical properties,salt and soil enzyme activity between the correlation.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?The physical and chemical properties of the wetland in the Liaohekou wetland were similar to those in the wetlands.The soil pH and the conductivity did not change with time;soil organic carbon content,total nitrogen content,The content of organic carbon in three wetlands increased in winter and the change of total nitrogen content was not obvious.The anions and cations of the three wetlands were all Cl->Na+>SO42-,K+,Ca2+and Mg2+were the smallest and the difference was not significant.The content of Cl-and Na+in the Suaeda and Naked Beach wetland was about 2 times that of the reed wetland.The results showed that the content of organic matter in reed wetland was high,the content of Cl-and Na+was low.?2?Soil enzyme activity in the Liaohekou wetland,the four enzymes were reed wetland>winged sorghum wetland>bare beach wetland;the four soil enzyme activities decreased with the depth of the soil gradually decreased;the change of the four enzymes in time,Wetland,the lowest in August,the highest in November,the highest resistance of the Suaeda salsa in August,the activity of the enzyme in the bare beach wetland was relatively gentle.The results showed that the enzyme activity of Phragmites australis was higher than that of the wing and the bare beach.?3?The correlation between soil enzyme and soil physical and chemical properties of three wetland soils:There was a significant negative correlation between urease,phosphatase,sucrase and dehydrogenase activity in pH,and organic carbon And the total nitrogen has a significant positive correlation,and no correlation with the conductivity.The soil enzyme activities of the wetland and the bare beach wetland were not correlated with soil properties.?4?The relationship between soil salt and soil enzyme:With the increase of salt concentration,the contents of pH,conductivity,organic carbon and total nitrogen were decreased and soil enzyme activity decreased gradually.
