Soil is the material basis of plant growth, nutrient directly determines the quality of plantgrowth, at the same time, the plant in the whole process of growth and development of the rootexudates and litter to improve the heat, gas, water, fertilizer and other physicochemicalproperties of the soil. Determination and analysis of the ginseng rhizosphere soil physical andchemical properties and enzyme activity. Analysis of correlation to ginseng continuouscropping obstacle and the physical and chemical properties and enzyme activity, also to thecultivation of ginseng soil treatment and provide a theoretical basis for scientific fertilization.Through the determination of physical and chemical properties and enzyme activities ofrhizosphere soil of ginseng in different growth years of the quarter, the results showed that thepH value with ginseng rhizosphere soil is always5-6, acidic. Ginseng growers to September,salt concentration was significantly higher than the control value, indicating that soilsalinization severely. Physicochemical properties of ginseng rhizosphere soil of differentgrowth years of each element and enzyme activity with the increase of soil depth showeddecreased trend.The content of surface soil and root layer soil was similar but higher than theunderlying content of soil. Seasonal changes of trace elements in spite of their present differenttrends but there still has the rules to follow. Content of some trace elements such as Mg, Mn, Ca,Zn, Fe, Cu has the same trend,can reflect the ginseng root absorption of trace elements andpromote each other. The processing results of nutrient elements of ginseng rhizosphere soil indifferent seasons showed that the content of available N, available P and available K changeswith time roughly the same. It is not difficult to find the comparison with the control values,there was not big difference with the content of available N, available P, available K. Theenzyme activity of ginseng rhizosphere soil decreased decreased with the increase of growthyears. Changes over time from May to July presents increasing trend. Compared with roughlyof the physicochemical properties and enzyme activity level with old ginseng soil is03higherthan07.,indicating that the old ginseng soil has been in self recovery process. But the chemicalproperties and soil enzyme activity of old ginseng soil was low, suggesting that it would taketime to repair can use. Soil physical properties between each element and enzyme activity arecorrelated,the correlation between these elements in whether it is from the quarterly or from soillevel still needs careful analysis.
