To find out physiological basis of regulation and control of winter wheat yield by different row spacing configuration,and to provide the theoretical basis for wide-seeding and high-yielding cultivation.In this experiment,the high-yielding winter wheat cultivar Taishan 28 was selected from the experimental base of Nanqiu Village in BianYuan Town,Feicheng City,Shandong Province,during the 2014-2015 wheat growing season.Using the split area design,the main area for the planting density,set up three levels,respectively,150×104·hm-2,225×104 hm-2and 300×104·hm-2;The sub-area for planting spacing,respectively,set up three levels,respectively is 25 cm,20 cm,15 cm.The main results were as follows:1.Under the condition that the basic seedling is 150×104·hm-2,due to the small planting density,the dry matter accumulation in winter wheat was lower and the yield was lower.When the basic seedling was increased to 225×104.hm-2,the row spacing was 20 cm,25cm and 300×104 hm-2respectively,and the row spacing was 25 cm,which could make the dry matter accumulation and yield reach a high level.2.The basic seedling rate of 225×104·hm-2,and 300×104·hm-2,under the condition of traveling distance of reduce the accumulation of dry matter in stem+leaf sheath,grain and other organ allocation amount gradually increases;Basic seedling rate of 225×104 hm-2,with row spacing of 15 cm of dealing with the vegetative organs before flowering storage photosynthate after turn the grain of the traffic volume,flowering vegetative organs accumulation of dry matter accumulation in grains and the contribution rate of grain were significantly higher than other treatment,is more advantageous to vegetative organs to grain in the accumulation of dry matter distribution.3.Under the same density,with the increase of row spacing,panicle number decreased,grain number per spike increased and grain weight increased.Under the same row spacing,the spike number increased with the increase of density,and grain number and grain weight all showed a decreasing trend.The basic seedling rate of Taishan 28 is 225×104·hm-2,the line spacing is 20 cm,or the basic seedling is 225 x 104·hm-2,the spacing is 25 cm or the basic seedling is 300 x 104·hm-2,the spacing is 25 cm Can achieve the coordination of the three,get a higher yield.Therefore,the reasonable planting density and row spacing configuration are important technical ways to realize the high yield of wheat.4.The plant spacing had a significant effect on the photosynthetic rate of wheat.Appropriate increase of planting density or extended spacing would be beneficial to increase the leaf area index.However,with the increase of planting density,the light transmittance and flag leaf chlorophyll content decreased The enhancement of row spacing was beneficial to the increase of light transmittance and flag leaf chlorophyll content in the population,indicating that the line spacing was significantly regulated by the light conditions and the photosynthetic assimilation ability of the winter wheat population.Taishan 28 obtained the maximum population photosynthetic rate under the condition of 225×104 hm'2 and 20 cm line spacing.5.The grain glutenin content decreased with the increase of planting density and increased with the increase of row spacing.The gliadin content decreased with the increase of planting density and row spacing.That reasonable planting density and row spacing is also an important technical approach to improve the protein quality of wheat grain.
