Based on experiments in potted,the effects of exogenous antiviral agent on TMV were studied physiological indices of tobacco leaves(protection of active oxygen content,chlorophyll,enzymes,nucleic acids,phytoalexin)and soil eco-physiological indexes of tobacco(Microbe number,soil enzyme activity)and the changes of tobacco agronomic characters and the variation of main chemical components.Examines the effects of tobacco prevention and treatment by different exogenous antiviral agent The result of the study on was as fllows:1.The effects of exogenous antiviral agent to activities of protective enzymes and the number of Reactive oxygen species inTMV tobaccoAfter being infected by TMV in tobacco,compared to health tobacco,in leaves of TMV tobacco,the protective enzyme of SOD?CAT and APX activities were inhibited,O2-·?·OH and H2O2 content increased,O2-·clearance rate,·OH clearance rate and anti-oxidation rate decreased,content of MDA increased.After exogenous antiviral agents were spraied protective enzyme activities were increased to clear reactive oxygen in tobacco,content of oxygen decreased,the MDA accumulation was reduced,decreased membranous oxidation,reduced the hazards of reactive oxygen.While found the results in prevention processing better than the results in treatment processing by spraying same exogenous antiviral agents.Different exogenous antiviral agents phase comparison,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 had a better preventive effect than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,exogenous antiviral agent 4,2 and 3 had a better treatment than exogenous antiviral agent 1.2.The effects of exogenous antiviral agent to growth index inTMV tobaccoAfter being infected by TMV in tobacco,compared to health tobacco,IAAOase activity significantly elevated,ATPase activity significantly declined,After exogenous antiviral agents were spraied,compared to TMV tobacco,IAAOase activity reduced,ATPase activity elevated,from prevention and treatment by same exogenous antiviral agent,we can see,the results in prevention processing better than the results in treatment processing by spraying same exogenous antiviral agents.in prevention processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 was the best,next were exogenous antiviral agent 1,exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3 had less results;in treatment processing exogenous antiviral agent 4 was the best,next were exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,poor effect of exogenous antiviral agent 1.Compared to health tobacco,chlorophyll,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids content were significantly reduced in TMV tobacco.After exogenous antiviral agents were spraied,content of photosynthetic pigment significantly elevated,different exogenous antiviral agents had different results in prevention processing and treatment processing,in prevention processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 were better than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,in treatment processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 was the best,next were exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,poor effect of exogenous antiviral agent 1.After being infected by TMV in tobacco,compared to health tobacco,content of nucleic acids and RNA significantly elevated,content of DNA decline,After spraying exogenous antiviral agents,compared to TMV tobacco,content of nucleic acids and RNA in leaves of tobacco decreased,content of DNA increased.While found the results in prevention processing better than the results in treatment processing by spraying same exogenous antiviral agents.Different exogenous antiviral agents phase comparison,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 had a better preventive effect than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,exogenous antiviral agent 4,2 and 3 had a better treatment than exogenous antiviral agent 1.Compared to health tobacco,NR activity first lift then drop,InV activity significantly declined,After spraying exogenous antiviral agents,compared to TMV tobacco,NR activity and InV activity in leaves of tobacco increased,in prevention processing processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 had a better NR activity and InV activity than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,in treatment processing,processing exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 2 had a better NR activity and InV activity than exogenous antiviral agent 3 and 1.3.The effects of exogenous antiviral agent to content of phytoalexin in TMV tobaccoAfter being infected by TMV in tobacco,compared to health tobacco,PAL activity and PPO activity increased,content of total phlyphenol and flavonoid significantly declined.After spraying exogenous antiviral agents,compared to TMV tobacco,PAL activity and PPO activity escalate,content of total phlyphenol and flavonoid significantly elevated,the different results were showed by same exogenous antiviral agent in prevention processing and treatment processing.in prevention processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 were better than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,in treatment processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 was the best,next were exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,poor effect of exogenous antiviral agent 1.4.The effects of exogenous antiviral agent to soil microbes and enzyme activity in rhizosphere soil of TMV tobaccoAfter being infected by TMV in tobacco,the numbers of bacteria.fungi and actinomycetes decline in rhizosphere soil of TMV tobacco.After spraying exogenous antiviral agents,he numbers of bacteria?fungi and actinomycetes increased in rhizosphere soil of TMV tobacco.The results in prevention processing better than the results in treatment processing by spraying same exogenous antiviral agents.Different exogenous antiviral agents phase comparison,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 had a better preventive effect than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,exogenous antiviral agent 4,2 and 3 had a better treatment than exogenous antiviral agent 1.Compared to health tobacco,CAT activity.Inv activity?urase activity?phosphatase activity and polyphenol oxidase activity in rhizosphere soil of TMV tobacco reduced,protease activity in rhizosphere soil of TMV tobacco first lift then drop,After spraying exogenous antiviral agents,all of theCAT activity.Inv activity?urase activity?phosphatase activity?protease activity and polyphenol oxidase activity in rhizosphere soil of TMV tobacco raised,the different results were showed by same exogenous antiviral agent in prevention processing and treatment processing.in prevention processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 were better than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,in treatment processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 was the best,next were exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,poor effect of exogenous antiviral agent 1.5.The Effects of exogenous antiviral agents on commpound preparation in TMV tobaccoAfter being infected by TMV in tobacco,disease incidence of tobacco significantly declined,disease index of tobacco can be controled,had a good results of prevention and treatment.the different results were showed by same exogenous antiviral agent in prevention processing and treatment processing.in prevention processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 were better than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,in treatment processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 was the best,next were exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,poor effect of exogenous antiviral agent 1.6.The effects of exogenous antiviral agent to agronomic traits and chemical quality of tobaccoAfter being infected by TMV in tobacco,compared to health tobacco,leaf number reduced,leaf length significantly shorter,leaf width significantly narrower,height of tobacco reduced,after exogenous antiviral agents were spraied,leaf number increase,height of tobacco growth,leaf length and leaf width restored,the different results were showed by same exogenous antiviral agent in prevention processing and treatment processing.in prevention processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 and 1 were better than exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,in treatment processing,exogenous antiviral agent 4 was the best,next were exogenous antiviral agent 2 and 3,poor effect of exogenous antiviral agent 1.Total nitrogen,and nicotine and chlorine ion content obviously elevated in TMV tobacco.after spraying exogenous antiviral agents,total nitrogen,and nicotine and chlorine ion content descend;total sugar,and restore sugar and potassium ion content obviously reduced in TMV tobacco.after spraying exogenous antiviral agents,total sugar,and restore sugar and potassium ion content elevated,from total sugar/nicotine,and total nitrogen/nicotine and potassium/chlorine,we can see tobacco after spraying exogenous antiviral agents,compare TMV tobacco,had a more suitable,and more coordination of chemical ingredients,the chemical composition of tobacco leaves become to normal.
