In this paper,through the pot experiment,studied the effects of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on quinclorac harm tobacco growth and physiochemical indexes?protective enzymes,content of active oxygen,photosynthesis,hormone,enzyme activity,osmotic adjustment ability and electrophoresis?repair and tobacco soil physiological and ecological index and leaf biomass,chemical quality changes.In order to explore the repair mechanism of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on Quinclorac hazards of tobacco and its effects,the results are as follows: 1.The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on Reactive oxygen species of tobacco under quinclorac injuryTobacco by Quinclorac damage,compared with the normal tobacco plant active oxygen?O2-·,H2O2,·OH?content increased,the content of active oxygen in leaves and roots of tobacco plants were significantly higher than those of normal tobacco.The content of active oxygen damage in tobacco roots is higher than that of leaves.The application of exogenous bacterial manure treatment,the active oxygen content in the tobacco decreased significantly,the content of active oxygen was restored,the active oxygen content of each treatment level of performance for: normal control> fertilizer3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1> damage control;The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on Reactive oxygen species content of tobacco under quinclorac injury:Fertilizer3 is better than fertilizer2,fertilizer2 better than fertilizer1.Under Quinclorac harm,decline of tobacco scavenging ability on reactive oxygen species,applying fertilizer could significantly improve the ability of foreign tobacco leaf and root of scavenging active oxygen,oxidation rate.The tobacco active oxygen scavenging rate is lower than the normal tobacco,removing the active oxygen rate performance: normal control> fertilizer3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1> damage control;exogenous bacterial clearance rate and antioxidant effect,for the victims of tobacco reactive oxygen species as follows: fertilizer3 > fertilizer2> fertilizer1.Changes of root and leaf are the same,and the ability of scavenging reactive oxygen species leaf than root is strong.2.The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on the antioxidant system and MDA content of tobacco under quinclorac injuryThe activity of SOD,APX,CAT victims of tobacco can improve by applying exogenous fertilizer.On 20 d,the antioxidant activity in tobacco is normal control> fertilizer 3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1> damage control;MDA content is as follows: damage control> fertilizer 1> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 3 > normal control.3.The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and Photosynthetic Properties of tobacco leaves under quinclorac injuryCompared with the normal leaves,Quinclorac inhibited the photosynthesis of tobacco hazards.Victims of tobacco's Fv/Fm,PSII,q P is decreased,and reached significant level,NPQ significantly increased.Compared with the victims of tobacco,exogenous fertilizer applied,Fv/Fm,PSII,q P is increased,NPQ decreased.Repair effect is fertilizer 3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1.The tobacco leaves compared with normal leaves,decreased chlorophyll enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were decreased in varying degrees,reached a significant level;exogenous fertilizer can significantly repair the victims of tobacco plant photosynthesis.The repairing effect: fertilizer 3 treatment is the best.Tobacco by Quinclorac hazards,leaf epidermal cells of different sizes,number of stomata arranged disorderly,upper and lower decreased,stomatal index and stomatal density were significantly decreased.Recovery of tobacco epidermal cells size,different shape fertilizer treatment,stomatal density and stomatal index increased significantly.Fertilizer3 treatment has the best effect.4.The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on growth characteristic of tobacco under quinclorac injuryNR activity and Inv activity of tobacco damaged is decreased.After fertilizer treatment,the activity of NR in tobacco was close to normal.In 20 d,fertilize 1,fertilize 2 and fertilizer 3 NR activity of tobacco leaves treated respectively than the injured increased by 13.1%,16.6% and 19.1%,Inv activity were increased by 30.3%,33% and 37.5% than the injured control.Indicated that the exogenous fertilizer can significantly improve the contents of C,N the key enzyme activity,enzyme activity in tobacco roots and leaves are basically the same trend.Similarly the best treatment is fertilizer3.By Quinclorac hazards,Tobacco's IAAOase activity and Cx activity is increased,PLA activity and ATP activity is decreased.After different fertilizer treatment,IAAOase activity and Cx activity is decreased,ATP activity is increased.At 20 d,fertilizer 1 and fertilizer 2 and fertilizer 3 processing in tobacco leaf IAAOase activity were decreased by 55%,70%,89% than the injured,Cx activity decreased by 25%,43%,56%,ATP activity increased by 100%,150%,200%.Change of enzyme activity in root and leaf are basically the same trend.The effect of exogenous bacterial growth showed restoration of key enzyme activity of tobacco plant is: fertilizer 3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1.The victims of tobacco compared with normal tobacco,the content of soluble protein and nucleic acid significantly are decreased.RNA and DNA content in tobacco leaves are decreased significantly.RNA is decreased most significantly.By exogenous fertilizer,suffer in tobacco soluble protein,nucleic acid content were significantly restored.At 20 d,RNA content of tobacco leaf,fertilizer1 and fertilizer 2 and fertilizer3 treatment were increased by 1%,3.4% and 8.9% than the injured leaves,the content of DNA increased by 7.14%,12.5% and 16%.The repairing effect: fertilizer 3 treatment was the best.By Quinclorac hazards,mainly infiltration of tobacco free proline,soluble sugar,chloride ion content increased,the relative conductivity,the damage rate is greatly improved,potassium content decreased.Exogenous fertilizer treatment could alleviate the damage of tobacco leaves damaged cell membrane,reduce the relative conductivity,reduce the content of free proline,potassium chloride,adjust the balance,increase the content of organic substances in tobacco osmotic regulation,can effectively alleviate the harm of Quinclorac on tobacco.Exogenous fertilizer on Quinclorac hazards of tobacco osmotic adjustment ability for the performance of the repair effect: fertilizer 3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1.Tobacco's leaf GSH content,GST activity and ALS activity is decreased by Quinclorac hazards.With treatment time increasing GSH content and GST activity is increased,ALS activity is increased firstly and then decreased.The victims after repair of different tobacco fertilizer,three indicators were significantly increased.In 20 d,the content of tobacco leaves' GSH treated with fertilizer 1,fertilizer 2 and fertilizers 3 were increased by 42.2%,64.2% and 78.5% compared to the victims of tobacco.Repair effect is fertilizer 3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1.The repair effect of Different Fertilizer on GST activity and ALS activity are as follows: fertilizer 3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1.Change of enzyme activity in root and leaf are basically the same trend.By Quinclorac hazards,the content of IAA,ZR and GA3 in tobacco leaves were decline,the content of ABA was increased.Changes of the hormone are consistent in root and leaf.After different fertilizer treatments,leaf growth promoting hormone content of IAA,ZR and GA3 was increased compared to victims of tobacco,content of ABA was decreased.Among different fertilizer effect for repair is fertilizer 3> fertilizer 2 > fertilizer 1.Quinclorac harm to tobacco leaf length,leaf width,plant height,root length has a different degree of inhibition,and along with the growth period,the inhibition rate of leaf width and root length increased,leaf length and plant height inhibition rate decreased.Among the characters,Quinclorac on inhibition of leaf width is the most obvious,reaching 33.62%-58.61%.Three kind of fertilizer for mitigating effect of phytotoxicity: in 30 days,fertilizer on leaf length repair significant effects?0.05 levels?,15 days,30 days,45 days to repair the leaf width effect was very significant?0.01 level?,30 days,45 days to repair the plant height reached extremely significant effect?0.01 levels?,45 days to repair the root length was highly significant effect?0.05 levels?.The results show that,fertilizer on the growth of Quinclorac hazards of tobacco development have significant improvement,the fertilizer3 treatment on the repairing effect of victims of tobacco growth and the most obvious.5.The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on electrophoresis of tobacco under quinclorac injuryBy Quinclorac hazards,stem tip of tobacco compared to normal tobacco,the part expression of soluble protein bands were increased.In 20 days,after the restoration of exogenous fertilizer treatment,the molecular weight of the protein bands was close to normal.Tobacco's SOD content is lower after Quinclorac damaged.In 10 days,the expression level of SOD1 and SOD2 and SOD3 of Victims of tobacco's stem tip and upper leaves decreased in different degrees.After 3 kinds of exogenous fertilizer treatment,SOD1,SOD2 and SOD3 bands increased brightness,the SOD1 increased obviously.The victims of tobacco compared with normal tobacco,the expansion of cell wall protein content are anomaly.After exogenous fertilizer treatment,expansion of cell wall protein content returned to normal.The changes in shoot and root tips is obvious.6.The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on rhizosphere soil physiological and ecological index of tobacco under quinclorac injuryCompared with the normal soil,affected soil p H,conductivity,total porosity and saturated hydraulic conductivity decreased significantly?0.05 level?;soil bulk density increased slightly,the content of soil organic matter decreased slightly,the difference was not significant.After exogenous fertilizer treatment,the restoration of soil physical properties recovers in varying degrees.Compared with the normal soil,Quinclorac hazards of soil microbial biomass carbon?SMBC?,soil microbial biomass nitrogen?SMBN?,soil microbial biomass phosphorus?SMBP?and soil respiration rate?SRR?decreased significantly.By 3 kinds of exogenous fertilizer treatment,compared with the damage of soil,the rhizosphere soil SMBC,SMBN,SMBP,SRR was increased,and higher than normal soil.Exogenous fertilizer treatment improved the victims of tobacco rhizosphere soil microbial biomass and respiration rate,of which fertilizer3 treatment effect is the best.In Quinclorac hazards,soil microbial population in the rhizosphere of tobacco was lower than that of normal control.Applying different fertilizer treatments,the number of bacteria and fungi was higher than that of normal control and damage control,actinomyces,ammonifying bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria than the injured were significantly increased,lower than that of normal control.Results showed that,applying fertilizer can effectively reduce Quinclorac harmful to microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of tobacco.On the whole,the fertilizer3 treatment effect better than the other treatments.By Quinclorac hazards of tobacco rhizosphere invertase,urease,protease,catalase,alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly lower than that of normal tobacco.After different fertilizer affected,tobacco rhizosphere soil enzyme activity increased significantly compared to the damaged tobacco,and soil enzyme activity were normal control > fertilizer 3 > fertilizer 2 > fertilizer1 > damage control.Repair of different fertilizer,tobacco rhizosphere soil enzyme activity of Quinclorac damage repair effect: fertilizer 3 > fertilizer 2 > fertilizer1.7.The repair of exogenous bacterial fertilizer on chemical components and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco under quinclorac injuryTotal alkaloid,nicotine and chlorine content in affected tobacco leaves increased significantly,total sugar,reducing sugar,starch and potassium content decreased significantly,compared with the control were significant.By applying fertilizer treatment,the indicators have reached the optimum level.The results show that chemical fertilizer can be used to repair Quinclorac hazards of tobacco,it has positive effect on the improvement of tobacco chemical quality,contribute to the recovery of tobacco quality effect.By Quinclorac hazards,the chemical composition of tobacco leaves becomes uncoordinated.The use of exogenous fertilizer after the restoration,all indicators had a certain recovery,with the total sugar and total alkali recovery effect is the best.There are some differences between the repair effects of treatments in different chemical composition;the repairing effect to comprehensive evaluation fertilizer3 treatment is best.The aroma quality,combustion and energy of damage control was significantly lower than normal control.Application of exogenous fertilizer after aroma,burning and rising momentum,and irritating smoke decreased.Exogenous fertilizer can improve the aroma quality of tobacco smoke damage,improve the combustion of tobacco after baking,the flue gas recovery suffer moderate strength,the quality of tobacco leaf.
