Our facility agriculture industry has developed rapidly,but the quality and safety of agricultural products caused by pesticide residue problems has become increasingly serious.Over the past decade,ozone using in crop diseases physical control technology is gradually getting more attention.However,because of being unable to accurately assess their potential risks,aqueous ozone don't have large-scale use in agriculture.This paper chooses the typical amenities vegetables-cucumber to experiment for aqueous ozone spray test,by the analysis of different concentrations of aqueous ozone for different disease control effect differences,analyze the relationship between aqueous ozone disease control and environmental factors,effects of ozone on the growth of cucumber,we can obtain reference data,and this will provide a theoretical basis to use aqueous ozone on protected the cultivation.Based on the experiment and practice,we discussed about the time,way,frequency and concentration of using the ozone.Conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Experiment of cucumber inoculated Fusariun and Botrytis in the seedlings stage showed:the control effect of using 0.1-0.5 mg/kg aqueous ozone on Fusarium is 19.3%-55.7%,and on Botrytis is 16.6%-40.6%.And with its rise of the concentration,control effect increased significantly,and have more significant in summer than in spring.2.The control effect of aqueous ozone to Fusarium Wilt has a positive correlation with soil temperature and soil moisture,and we find that the optimum soil temperature is 28.0 ?-29.0 ?,and the optimum moisture content of volumetric soil is 25.2%-30.0%.But the effect don't have a clear relationship with atmospheric temperature and humidity.The control effect of aqueous ozone to Botrytis has a negative correlation with atmospheric temperature,and has a positive correlation with humidity,and we find that the optimum air temperature is 21.8 ?-23.0 ? and the optimum relative humidity is 65.0%-75.0%.But the effect don't have a clear relationship with soil temperature and soil humidity.The control effect of low concentration for aqueous ozone has negative correlation with light intensity.3.Spraying ozone has effect on the natural incidence of downy mildew,and has a Mean decrease for 33.4%.Spraying aqueous ozone one week has no effect on plant highs,but be positive for healthy leaves.Aqueous ozone loss about 22.6%-31.9%after attaching to sprinkler systems,and with the in crease of concentration,the aqueous ozone loss greater.We choose right ozone concentration according to different crop types,and choose different frequency according to crop growth stages,and choose right way according to different diseases.We need Strengthen applicability of ozone machines with infrastructure,increase research on machines intelligent,and increase the control effect of ozone for diseases.
