Because of the high temperature and humidity of environment, the greenhouse vegetables can be affected by many kinds of diseases in the growth process, and can affect the yield and quality. In the process of disease control, more use of chemicals will lead to pathogen resistance, environment pollution and investment put too large. Ozone is a kind of strong oxidizing agent, which has the advantages of high efficiency, fast, easy decomposition, no pollution, and so on. It has been applied in every field of life. There are three parts of the study abou the application of ozone in agriculture,the main results are as follows:First, the effect of ozone on the air environment of greenhouse. Trial begin in the just melon seedlings transplanting.The capture method is using PDA flat plate.The test found that the main types of microorganisms in the environment of greenhouse air is Cladosporium, Penicillium and Rhizopus etc. By conducting ozone treatment, the effects that the number of different species of fungi changes are different, the number of colonies in ozone treatment was lower than that in CK group,generally ozone have a significant inhibitory effect on the number of fungi in the air. Overall, the different heights in greenhouse, the number of species of fungi is different.Second, the inhibition effect of ozone treatment on the Alternaria solani and Fulvia fulva and the effect on crops.It should fumigate in the sealed plastic box by different concentration of ozone and different humidity and different temperature.Test showed that the best influence is ozone concentration of 200mg' ml-3 and air relative humidity of 90% for the Alternaria solani and Fulvia fulva. The environment of high humidity can more effectively inhibit spore germination and colony growth of the fungus. The effect of temperature change on spore germination rate and fungus colony growth was not very obvious. The effect of the relative conductivity with different concentrations of ozone fumigation, different humidity, different temperature treatment for cucumber and tomato plant leaves is not obvious.Third, the effects of ozone on crop diseases in greenhouse and the effects on the pHotosynthesis of tomato and cucumber.The results showed that the 4 kinds of diseases of tomato had a good effect on preventing the disease, which could not only reduce the incidence rate and delay the occurrence of disease, but also can reduce the disease index and reduce the severity of the disease. The effect of ozone on the conductivity of cucumber and tomato leaves was less than that of the CK group.The net pHotosynthetic rate of the upper leaves of tomato and cucumber showed an upward trend, and the rest showed a downward trend, indicating that O3 fumigation had a certain effect on the pHotosynthesis of plants.
