The degree of agricultural mechanization is an evaluation standard of national agricultural development.While the tractor is the representative of actualizing agricultural mechanization of farm implement.However,a country's level of agriculture development is not represented by the popularization of agricultural tractors,but by the full use of agricultural tractors to achieve the highest working efficiency.Nowadays,the development of our agricultural mechanization level has been improved gradually and the popularization of agricultural tractors is rapid.However,we still can not be marked of agricultural development power,mainly because agricultural tractors still not play its full working efficiency yet.Therefore,the study of ergonomic issue in agricultural tractor in the future is still very wide in China.As a breakthrough point,this paper focuses on the research of middle and small wheeled tractor transmission.The research object is DF304A produced by agricultural machinery company in Changzhou.Improved design concept of external auxiliary variable speed is proposed.The concept of transmission design more complied with people's operating habits and more easy operation.The ergonomic problem of transmission will be solved fundamentallyUnder the premise of adhering to the principle of ergonomics,this paper completes the DF304A auxiliary transmission design.By actual measurement and principle of the consultation to determine the feasibility of improving design,and through the establishment of three-dimensional model,based on the ADAMS virtual prototype simulation to verify the feasibility of mechanism motion.In the end,through mechanics analysis and calculation,DF304A has been proved that auxiliary transmission control is easier than before and can satisfy the requirement of the driver operating comfortIn addition,from the point of view of safety,according to incomplete statistics,80%of agricultural tractor accident is caused by the working condition of rollover in our country.Driving tractors ramp rollover is the most common accident.Nearly 70%of drivers cannot have an accurate perception of body slant.It is the direct factors causing side ramp.From the perspective of ergonomic security,this paper takes DF304A as study object to complete the side slope angle of experiment and put forward to the new rollover warning algorithm of angle rollover evaluation standards(replace variable time).Through the working condition of 30° slope driving experiment to complete the change of body tilt data acquisition and operating reaction angle obtained by fitting method.The limit side flip angle as a function of reaction angle operation to complete the calculation of rollover angle.DF304A critical side flip angle analysis and calculation provide evaluation standard for the slope driving rollover warning in order to achieve critical ramp rollover warning.At the same time,the study of DF304A dynamic rollover stability completes the optimization and integration of the tractor early warning and accurate warning algorithm under high speed.And the concept of combining working condition of the ramp side turn with dynamic stability of side warning has been put forward.It realized data sharing with the working condition rollover,prompting rollover warning function more comprehensive and perfect providing security for the driver's driving safety.
