In recent years,my country’s biomass waste has been increasing year by year.According to statistics,the output of various straws in my country in 2015 has reached 809 million tons.With the large-scale operation of my country’s aquaculture industry,a large amount of livestock and poultry manure will accumulate in production.How to make proper use of agricultural wastes and turn them into usable resources is a focus of solving future environmental problems.Composting is an important way to treat livestock and poultry manure and make it harmless.In this study,chicken manure was mixed with corn stalks,leaves and chicken manure,and organic fertilizer was produced through static composting and fermentation.At the same time,biomass The biochar obtained after carbonization is used as a composting conditioner to study the nutrient conversion of biochar,a porous absorbent material,in the process of static composting of livestock and poultry manure,and the organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium content and p H value of organic fertilizer And electrical conductivity(EC).The main findings are as follows:(1)The peak concentration of ammonia gas in the group with biochar addition decreased by 10.26mg/m3~13.89mg/m3 compared with the group without addition.It shows that adding biochar can effectively reduce the release of ammonia,thereby reducing the loss of nitrogen content in the reactor.(2)Through the monitoring of two different raw material piles,it is found that the addition of biochar can advance the high temperature period of composting by 2-3 days,and the moisture content is about 2% higher than that of the non-adding group.At the same time,biochar has a significant impact on the p H value and EC value of the reactor.Adding biochar can reduce the soluble salt concentration of compost products,reduce its toxic effects on crops,and improve the quality of compost products to a certain extent.(3)After composting,the germination rate of all hairs are higher than 90%,and the germination index(GI)of seeds exceeds 50%,which has reached basic maturity.By analyzing the interference factors of the ambient temperature,the results show that the ambient temperature has a large correlation with the temperature of the stack(p<0.05).(4)The addition of biochar in the compost can effectively inhibit the loss of NH4+.Compared with the sample without biochar,the total nitrogen content of the sample with the addition of biochar increased by 0.27% and 0.46%,the total phosphorus content increased by 0.51% and 0.26%,and the total potassium content changed not lot.Adding biochar in the total organic matter content in the reactor decreases faster.On the whole,adding biochar can effectively promote the decomposition of the organic matter in the reactor and has a better nitrogen fixation effect.
