The traditional shrub cutting device cutting off the material through controlling of the circular saw up and down feed to saw shrubs with handle,most of the cutting mechanism are installed in the fixed frame.Due to the region and the environment of artificial forest which these seabuckthorn,salix and other shrubs to survive,these cutting devices have a series of problems: these devices can’t be moved easily for the reason that those electric wiring which supply power for electric motor is limited;the devices need artificial pressing during the process of cutting shrubs;the degree of automation is not complete,cutting efficiency is low;it costs a lot because it need collect shrubs by humanr,and it is dangerous when cutting shrubs because manual operation is close to machine,etc.Therefore,to design a new type of shrub cutting device which is efficient and safe,flexible to move and can adapt to a variety of different terrains and environment is of great significance to change the cutting section of traditional cuttings and obtain the way to improve the cutting section of cuttings.In this paper,the structure and function of the existing sawing machine and cutting machine both at home and abroad are briefly analyzed.Based on the existing cutting equipment and combined with the needs of actual production,using the mobile feed device to replace the traditional manual feeding method,and design mobile crawler chassis to adapt to the forest environment so that it can xpand the using scope of the equipment.To satisfy the design requirements : simple structure,convenient to move,the process of working is smooth and reliable,and the section efficiency is high,set up the device parameters and the overall layout,respectively design the mechanical structure and do research for the core component :crawler walking mechanism,arm mechanism and power system.Based on the design and calculation of the cutting force and the cutting power of the cutting mechanism,the design of the cutting mechanism of the moving shrub cutting section is completed.And the structural characteristics of the track walking mechanism are studied.The finite element analysis(static analysis and modal analysis)of the key components of the mainframe is carried out to obtain clouds of the stress,strain and displacement;through the natural frequencies analysis,the first four natural frequencies and modes of the winglets are obtained,and for the design and manufacture of parts to provide a reasonable basis.In the design of dynamic system of the mobile shrub cutting section,the functional requirement analysis,circuit arrangement and component selection of the power system are completed.In this paper,the design of cutting shredded cuttings of mobile shrubs has realized the aim of cutting and harvest of the shrubs on the ground,to promote the development of forestry industry in China,to change the mode of forestry production,to save labor costs and to have significant economic Efficiency and social benefits.
