| This thesis relies on the forestry nonprofitindustry research and special projects--a new type of shrub crushing and section transport equipment(201504508)and Special funds for basic research business fees in Central Universities:Research on forestry residues collection and utilization,production equipment and key technologies(2572016EBC3),for small fuelwood and three residues difficult to transport problems,put forward the idea of breaking the first saw and transportation,according to the characteristics of artificial shrub and wood-based panel production process requirements of raw materials developed a small walking function and sawing function of self-propelled sawing machine of shrub branches,in high labor costs,China current energy consumption of the environment,to achieve efficient collection of shrub and small fuelwood forest remainder.This paper first introduces the market value,combined with the 2017-Chinese forestry machinery sawing and cutting technology development both in China and abroad,and proposed the development of wood processing,forestry harvesting machinery in China is facing the large scale,miniaturization,automation,this paper design positioning is the miniaturization of harvesting equipment.The self-propelled shrub branches sawing machine for the overall design,design of self propelled cutting machine draw bush,structure principle diagram,determine the main parameters of walking type small Bush sawing machine,and the production rhythm,cutting force,the power of the theoretical calculation and analysis.The overall plan.Again,the precondition for the whole scheme and processing under the diversified specifications,the statics analysis and 3D Solidworks design,focusing on cutting,feeding mechanism,pressing mechanism,transmission mechanism,mobile bracket structure design,crawler walking,turning and load capacity analysis,and established the scheme of using Solidworks software frame and use ANSYS on the shrub cutting machine is studied by finite element analysis,the main frame of the main points,hanging point,counterweight saw installation position breaking mechanism of the stress and strain and deformation nephogram,check the self-propelled shrub cutting machine strength and stiffness;through the ANSYS analysis frame mode,natural frequency on the other,the vibration of the source of vibration,stability checking of self-propelled vibration type cutting machine of the bush.The motion simulation of the four bar linkage with transmission is carried out by ADM AS.According to cutting speed and the posture of the material after falling off,the angle of the inclined plate and the angle of the sawdust separation pipeline are determined.After repeated modification,a feasible scheme is finally obtained.In addition,this paper made a prototype of a walking shrub cutting machine,debugged the prototype,matched the performance of the whole vehicle,and completed the experiment of walking and processing.In the walking experiment,the ride comfort and control stability of the whole vehicle chassis system are mainly investigated,and the production efficiency is mainly investigated in the prototype cutting experiment.In view of the problems that appear in the experiment,the design is further perfected to make the whole machine meet the requirements.The experiment shows that the design of the self walking branch sawing machine can meet the design requirements.It has successfully passed the inspection of the national forestry and woodworking machinery supervision and inspection center.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the prototype design,manufacture,trial manufacture and experiment are summarized,which can be used for reference for the development of new products and the early application of self propelled shrub cutter. |
