It has become an urgent issue about how to realize the resource utilization of crop straw through composting fermentation and other harmless treatment.The production of organic fertilizer made by crop straw needs advanced technology and equipment.As the key equipment of composting fermentation,the compost turner directly influences the production efficiency and quality of composting fermentation.Through the research of the background at home and abroad,it determines the social value and economic benefit of the compost turner for the development of China's agriculture.From the perspective of the development of society and the protection of the environment,it shows that the research of the compost turner is the need of social development.Especially when solving the problems of environment and the problems of organic fertilizer fermentation and production technology,the compost turner plays a great role.Based on the influencing factors of organic fertilizer fermentation,the overall design of Hydraulically Driven Self-propelled Compost Turner is put forward.The composition and function of the key components are determined.The working principle of the machine is expounded.The machine parameters,the performance design parameters and the rotor structure are confirmed.The detailed design and force analysis are made.The results of the analysis show that the rotor design has reasonable force,can meet the requirements of actual production.According to the structure characteristics of the Hydraulically Driven Self-propelled Compost Turner,the design scheme of the walking system is made.The walking system is designed,the rubber tracks are selected and designed,the basic dimensions of rubber track is confirmed.In addition,the other key parts of walking system like guide wheels,tension wheels and racks are determined and designed.According to the structure of the compost turner and the actual working requirements of the working parts,the hydraulic pump and motor of the walking system are calculated and selected.The hydraulic transmission system is designed,and the relevant hydraulic control diagram and installation diagram are given.And in accordance with the requirements for the actual control of the machine,the electric control system is designed.The electric starter and generator of the compost turner are selected,and finally the spraying system is designed.At last,in order to verify the design rationality,stability and reliability of the whole machine,the performance test of the machine is carried out.The test results show that the machine is reliable and stable,which can meet the actual work demand.
