Fertilizer application plays an important role in maize yield,however,the unreasonable application of fertilizer leads to the problem of the low fertilizer use efficiency and environmental pollution in the maize planting area of Jilin Province.In this paper,soil testing and formula fertilization improve maize yield effectively through the investigation and the data analysis in Jilin Province,which has important guiding effect on the production of maize.The main results were as following:1.Soil testing and formula fertilization obviously improved the economic output and nutrient uptake of maize.From the perspective of nitrogen absorption,nitrogen treatment test soil formula of maize grains,stems and leaves of 100 kg yield respectively without nitrogen absorption increased by 17.9%?21% and 21%.But the yield of conventional fertilization treatment were higher than that no nitrogen treatment of 9.4%?14.1% and 18%.From the phosphorus uptake,soil testing and formula fertilization maize grains,stems and leaves of 100 kg yield phosphorus absorption was respectively 12.5%,11.1%,and 12% higher than that no phosphorus;The conventional fertilization treatment were higher than that no nitrogen treatment of6.3% ? 11.1% and 9.8%.From the potassium uptake,soil testing and formula fertilization maize grains,stems and leaves of 100 kg yield of potassium uptake respectively increased than that no potassium treatment by 28%?7.4% and 10.3%;But the conventional fertilization treatment were higher than that no nitrogen treatment by8.5%?4.9% and 9.4%.2.Soil testing and formula fertilization obviously improved the fertilizer use efficiency in different maize ecological regions.The eastern alluvial soil,soil testing and formula fertilization nitrogen,phosphate and potassic use efficiency were than that of normal fertilization by 7.7%?6.4% and 17.5% higher;In the middle on theblack soil,soil testing and formula fertilization nitrogen,phosphate and potassic use efficiency were higher than that of normal fertilization by 6.5%?9.1% and 9.7%;in the west,light chernozem soil,soil testing and formula fertilization nitrogen,phosphate and potassic use efficiency were higher than that of normal fertilization by8.7%?9.2% and 7.8%.3.Soil testing and formula fertilization improved maize yield characters and increased maize yield.Therefore,the whole area from the fertilizer soil testing Fertilization(N2P2K2)region all fertilizer and conventional fertilizer(N2P2K2)data contrast,Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958 and 99 of the former Liangyu yield were12.8%?17.7% and 10.6% higher than those of the latter.Compared with the data of100 grain weight,ear length and grain number of three maize varieties,the former were more obvious than the latter.
