Large algae algae is an important marine algae habitat, is the habitat for fish and other marine life habitat, shelter and predation sites, large algae on the marine ecological environment repair effect is obvious, can effectively reduce the degree of eutrophication, reduce The concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in seawater has its own high economic value, scientific research value and other utilization value. In this study, we conducted a survey of three large algae algae in the waters near the Tarwan Bay and the watershed of Zhangzidao in Lushunkou District, Dalian, in June 2016 to assess the resources of the algae, Undaria pinnatifida and the big algae in the three algae fields. Through the investigation and evaluation of large-scale algae field, using the side sweep sonar system and diving sampling, the acoustic method and biological method are effectively combined to estimate the thickness, abundance, density and area of large algae field, and estimate the large seaweed resources the amount. The use of acoustic methods to make large seaweed resources assessment more accurate and convenient, while other algae biological and diversity assessment to provide data support for the rational development and utilization of algae resources to help. In this paper, the lateral scavenging sonar survey and diving sampling of algae in different types of algae in the northern part of the Yellow Sea were carried out.The collected data and samples were used as the basis of the data. The results were real-time evaluation results of algae resources, To assess the amount of perennial algae resources, further research is needed. Research indicates:(1) Chlorella grows up on the reef, and the number and average length of the copper algae are obtained by the sonar image. The average length-average wet weight curve equation ? y = 0.0013x2 + 0.7591x - 34.99,R2=0.92, The total amount of copper algae resources in the area of 4637m~2 was 52.91kg and 474, and the wet weight of copper in the area was 0.0114kg / m~2 per unit area.(2) The growth of Undaria pinnatifida was different from that of the other two algae, and the coverage area of the rapeseed field was determined by underwater recording and sonar images. The average area of the algae and the average thickness of the rapeseed were the same. The average thickness of the reef - average wet weight curve equation y = 5E-05x2 - 0.0028x + 0.0555,R2=0.91, estimated the amount of rapeseed algae resources, it is estimated that Zhangzuo Island Ma Tuo 5939m~2 area within the wildebeest resources for the total 266.83kg, the unit area within the wakame wet weight 0.0449kg / m~2.(3) The sonar image of the algae in the flat seabed was patchy, and the effective coverage area of the large algae was determined by the sonar image, and the effective coverage area - the average wet weight curve equation y =-2E -05x2 +0.1034x - 2.4975, R2=0.96,the total amount of large-leaf algae resources in the area of 32873m~2 in the Tahewan area was estimated to be 434.38kg, and the wet weight per unit area was 0.0132kg / m~2.(4) The spatial distribution of the three large algae in the seabed can be obtained by the acoustic method. The spatial distribution characteristics of the three large algae are very different. Acoustic methods to assess large algae, the use of accurate GPS positioning, more intuitive than the traditional method, accurate and efficient, therefore, the method is feasible. However, this method is still estimated, with the continuous development and use of marine precision measuring instruments, measurement accuracy continues to improve, the measurement results closer to the real value, follow-up study to follow up further.(5) Acoustic survey has high requirements on equipment operation ability, investigation of sea conditions, equipment attributes and data post-processing technology level, and any deviation of these aspects will lead to a large error in the estimation result. Therefore, after satisfying a series of conditions, Get accurate results.
