A nitrogen-fixing blue algae is a kind of low grade nuclear nucleus plants which can fix air molecule nitrogen into the compound of nitrogen elements. Its spores can surpass incongruous condition and be alive by planting once for all , supplying a bit. The cost is low and labor is saved. It grows and propagates rapidly and can overspread the surface in short time. The body of blue algae gravitate into the earth and is absorbed by the root system of crop which can improve the effect and structure of fertilizer ,no polluting earth、water and environment.In this research, we selected 6 kinds of algae Azolla imbricate fishy odour algae、globular spore fishy odour algae、nitrogen-fixing fishy odour algae、aquatic 590 algae、little anglerfish fishy odour algae and similar trembling fishy odour algae which having strong ability of nitrogen fixing and continually steady growth by measuring the grow energy of a dozen kinds of nitrogen-fixing blue algae. We develop the production and cultivation technique of high grade algae and the research of prevention and cure technique of illness and vermin for solid nitrogen blue algae. We proved how the physical factors including nourishment、pH、illumination and temperature , chemical nitrogenous fertilizer and insecticide、bactericide influence the growth of high grade algae at the elementary stage. We worked out the technique of broadening cultivate the high grade algae cultivation on that base.In the research, we also developed the comparative study of the avail on which the common used chemical fertilizer influence the different algae, organic fertilizer or chemical fertilizer influence solid nitrogen blue algae in large paddy field. We proved how the use of different algae influence the weight、output and height of paddy root in different period. We took research and test on the changes in the pH、the content of organic matter、the gross of、the content of ammonium saltpeter and nitrogen of the earth which established the base of extending and applying the high grade algae into paddy production.
