With the economy developing rapidly,China has carried out a large number of infrastructure construction,formed a lot of engineering wounds desiderate to be treated.These wounds has no topsoil,poor stability and site conditions,with a hyper slow natural restoration process,needing an effective artificial ecological restoration measures.Biocrusts has good stress resistance,it is also a pioneer plant in the process of succession,has great potential in ecological restoration.To improve the techs in moss provenance expansion and biocrusts recovery,based on the achievements of the predecessors,Multi-factor complete experiments were carried out to explore the effects of Bacillus mucilaginosus,Bacillus megaterium,Compound algae fluid of Chlorella vulgaris and Bacillariophyta,growth regulators TDZ(Thidiazuron),discussed the environmental impacts and the effects of biocrusts on soil and water conservation.The main conclusions are as follow:(1)In the indoor moss propagation experiment,Bacillus licheniformis can significantly increase the coverage of the moss biocrusts,plant height,plant density,and the effect of Bacillus megaterium is not obvious.TDZ has a limited plant height increase effect,only in combined used with Bacillus megaterium,in addition,other treatments of TDZ inhibited the growth and development of mossy crusts.Added Bacillus licheniformis only,was the most optimal treatment for the cultivation on moss biocrusts.The coverage reached 34.44%,the plant height reached 0.63 cm,and the plant density reached 17.05 plants/cm2.(2)In the field moss inoculation recovery experiment the algae addition can significantly increase the coverage and thickness of the biocrusts,when algae and microorganisms are combined applied,the biocrusts coverage and thickness always higher,but the plant height of moss is inhibited to some extent.The role played by functional microorganisms is not significant.Added Bacillus licheniformis and algae,was the most optimal treatment.The coverage reached 71.02%,the thickness of biocrusts reached 3.22 mm,and the plant height of moss reached 2.08 mm.(3)Site conditions significantly affected biocrusts development.For biocrusts coverage,the position of the sample in the horizontal direction of the slope is a key factor,and its effect is prevalent during the cultivation period.The southeast,south and east winds are related,it caused redistribution of water and the quantity of heat on the slope.(4)The biocrusts formed by the algae on the surface of slope improved the corrosion resistance of the soil effectively.The highest soil water stability index from the sample treated with only 1g algae adding,reached 2.16,which was 6 times larger than the blank control treatment,and the soil water stability index of the treatment at algae combined with functional microorganisms,is always higher than the treatments used functional microorganisms only.
