| This thesis studies the corn straw returning with different depth and effects of different concentrations of inoculants on the growth and quality of Tomato.The corn straw depth were 5 cm,10 cm,15 cm;the concentration applied in inoculants were: 0 ml/kg,10 ml/kg,20 ml/kg,40 ml/kg,80 ml/kg,results of the study are as follows:1.Straw deep application can improve the soil temperature,increase the content of soil organic matter,available potassium,available nitrogen.Among them,10 cm deep application of temperature effect is the most significant increase of about 0.5 to 1.4 DEG C;deep application of 5 cm soil organic matter content of the most,up to 41 g/kg;deep application of 15 cm soil available potassium content up to 144.25 mg/kg;deep application of 5 cm soil available nitrogen content up to 722 mg/kg.2.Straw deep application is conducive to the improvement of plant POD activity,chlorophyll content,root activity,CAT activity,inhibition of SOD activity and MDA content.The deep application of 5 cm,improve the root activity and the activity of CAT was the most effective;deep application of 15 cm,increased POD activity and chlorophyll content was the most effective.There was no significant relationship between the depth of straw application and plant morphological indexes.3.Deep application of straw was helpful to improve the content of soluble sugar,organic acid,soluble solid content,vitamin C content,sugar acid ratio and yield.Among them,the application of 15 cm increased the soluble sugar content,organic acid content and soluble solids content;deep application of 5 cm to significantly improve the effect of vitamin C content,sugar acid ratio of fruit;deep application of 5 cm has the highest yield up to 5059 kg/667m2;deep application depth to improve the content of free amino acid,soluble protein content was significantly decreased,beyond a certain depth,deep application of 5 cm to improve the soluble protein content of fruit significantly;deep application of 10 cm or 15 cm,decreased;the application of 15 cm was beneficial to improve the content of free amino acids in the fruit,which was decreased at a depth of 5 cm or 10 cm.4.The effect of maize straw returning on soil temperature was obvious.Among them,80 ml/kg and 40 ml/kg were the most significant,increased about 0.5 to 1.2 DEG C;with the application of compost treatment will affect the organic matter,available potassium,available nitrogen content in soil.Among them,the content of soil organic matter and available potassium in 10 ml/kg was higher than that of other treatments,and the content of available nitrogen in the 20 ml/kg treatment was the highest.5.The application of compost was helpful to improve plant root activity,SOD activity,POD activity,chlorophyll content,yield,inhibit CAT activity and reduce MDA content.Among them,20 ml/kg and ml/kg increased root activity,SOD activity,POD activity was the best;The chlorophyll content of the plants treated with 80 ml/kg was the highest;20 the yield of ml/kg was higher,reaching 6169kg/667m2.There was no significant relationship between the content of proline and the dose of compost.6.The application of compost was helpful to improve the content of soluble sugar,sugar acid ratio,soluble solids,vitamin C,free amino acid content,and reduce the content of organic acid and soluble protein in fruit.Among them,40 ml/kg treatment was most conducive to improve the soluble sugar,sugar acid ratio;80 ml/kg had the most obvious effect on increasing soluble solids and free amino acids;the content of vitamin C 10 ml/kg treatment were significantly higher than other treatments.7.The application of compost was helpful to promote the degradation of straw,and the greater the dosage,the greater the degradation rate of straw. |
