| In this paper,use inducing line respectively with different genetic backgrounds,different heterosis patterns,different generations of waxy maize hybrids were induced,and the relationship between the inducing rate of different factors to explore,to get more haploid seed;haploid seeds of different concentration of colchicine treatment,and in accordance with the survival rate,selfing rate,seed setting rate of DH line to obtain the best doubled liquid concentration;and to optimize the haploid breeding method assisted backcross modified waxy maize inbred lines,the test results are as follows: 1,in the % 〉 WB(white waxy×black waxy)=3.498% 〉 YB(yellow waxy×black waxy)=3.308% 3,STOCK6 with different generations of waxy maize inducing rate from high to low was: S5=3.994% > S4=3.766% > S3=3.628% > S2=3.540% > S1=3.326%;Stock 6 per plant and different generation of waxy corn grains induced from high to low is: S1=9.96 > S2=9.24> S3=8.50> S4=7.88 > S5=7.34.." 4,different concentration of colchicine solution to double the average survival rate of haploid grain from high to low was: 0.02%=80.8% > 0.04%=73.8% > 0.06%=60.0% > 0.08%=43.7% > 0.10%=34.5%;the average selfing rate from high to low was: 0.06%=14.03% > 0.08%=10.30% > 0.10%=9.43% > 0.04%=9.37% > 0.02%=7.43%;the average seed setting rate from high to low was: 0.06%=10.80%>0.04%=8.70.>0.10%=8.37%>0.08%=7.97%>0.02%=5.07%.concentr ation of colchicine solution for 0.06% haploid seeds in the survival rate of performance in general,but the best performance in terms of selfing rate and seed setting rate,so 0.06 as the optimal concentration for the treatment of Waxy Maize Haploid seeds.5,according to the 4 field strictly improved 14 lodging resistance better DH line,with "Ji Nuo 20" female parent’s "G201" regroup,this test used in the control group CK "Ji Nuo 20",and test in 11 groups of data in different periods,the results are as follows:(1)Plant height less than 2 meters hybrid male parent,from low to high order: DH12-5,DH7-1,DH4-1,DH12-4,DH1-3,DH7-2,DH11-1(2)The ear is less than 1 meters below the hybrid male parent,from low to high order: DH12-5,DH4-1,DH7-1,DH1-3,DH12-4,DH1-1,DH7-2(3)In terms of stem diameter greater than 2.5 cm above the hybrid male parent,from big to small in the order: DH4-1,DH12-5,DH1-3,DH7-1,DH6-3,DH1-1(4)The hardness is greater than the stem 6.0kg/mm2 crosses above the male parent,from big to small in the order: DH12-5,DH1-3,DH7-1,DH12-4,DH11-1,DH4-1(5)Single row number greater than 16 hybrids line hybrid male parent,from big to small in the order: CK,DH4-1,DH15-3,DH9-3,DH1-7,DH7-1,DH1-3(6)Single row grain number more than 39 more than the hybrid male parent,from big to small in the order: DH4-1,DH1-3,CK,DH1-1,DH7-1,DH10-2,DH7-2(7)Fresh ear weight of 100 grains than crosses above 40 g the hybrid male parent,from big to small in the order: DH12-4,DH4-1,DH1-3,CK,DH12-5,DH9-3(8)Peel rate of less than 2.5% the hybrid male parent from small to big in the order: CK,DH12-5,DH1-7,DH12-4,DH1-3,DH1-1,DH7-1(9)Crude starch content is greater than the hybrid combinations of more than 60% of the male parent,from big to small in the order: CK,DH10-2,DH1-7,DH12-5,DH12-4,DH7-1(10)In terms of amylopectin content greater than 99% hybrids over the male parent,from big to small in the order: CK,DH1-3,DH12-5,DH12-4,DH7-1(11)15 crosses in the lodging rate increased in the following sequence: DH7-1(6.7%),DH12-5(6.9%),DH12-4(7.2%),DH1-3(8.4%),DH11-1(8.8%),DH1-1(10.2%),DH7-2(10.6%),DH15-3(10.8%),DH1-6(12.7%),DH4-1(16.4%),DH1-7(18.6%),DH9-3(19.4%),DH6-3(24.3%),DH10-2(29 8%、CK(32.9%)Above all,with DH7-1 as the male parent of hybrid lodging was the lowest,but in terms of quality to some less;with DH12-5 as male parent in hybrid combinations of agronomic traits and lodging resistance on the performance of superior quality traits;although not as good as CK but it is close to CK,performance is poor in yield traits the same;similar to DH12-5 in the lodging resistance and better in quality traits is slightly worse than the CK hybrid male parent DH12-4 DH1-3.,so,DH12-5 is the most suitable substitute G202 as a new "Jinuo 20" male parent;DH12-4,DH1-3,DH7-1 is also a success DH line to improved G202 lodging resistance. |
