With regard to gynoecious inbred line selected and seed production of mini-cucumber (Cucumis Sativus L) for special using in greenhouse, the research includes three parts: researching on inducing male flower and conserving technology of gynoecious inbred line firstly, choosing high quality seed technology of gynoecious inbred line of mini-cucumber in greenhouse secondly and formulating yield and nutrient quality standard of gynoecious inbred line of mini-cucumber for special using in greenhouse thirdly.The best reagent and the best concentration of inducing male flower were researched through the first part of the whole experiment, which establishing fine basis for seed reserving of gynoecious inbred line of mini-cucumber. The reasonable project of producing high quality and high yield seed for planting was solving though studying different node of fruit reserving, different number of fruit reserving, picking days of fruit and reasonable storaging days of fruit in the second part of the whole experiment. For the final purpose of formulating yield and nutrient quality standard of gynoecious inbred line of mini-cucumber for special using in greenhouse, judging the main character which had effect on the yield and quality though eigenvalue analyzing, relative coefficient analyzing and path coefficient analyzing of 13 agronomic characters and 5 nutrient characters of mini-cucumber.The main results are as follows:1. Different reagents with different concentrations have good effects on inducing male flowers. The results showed that using AgNO3 300 mg/L and Ag2S2O3 400 mg/L could get the best effect on inducing male flower; using GA.500mg/L can also get better result.2. Spraying times has different effect on different reagents inducing male flower. The results showed that spraying times has a little effect on inducing male flower for GA reagent. For AgNO3 and Ag2S2O3 reagent, spraying times has effect on inducing male flower to a certain extent. Comparing with spraying once only, spraying twice could reach the best effect on the treatment with AgNO3 and Ag2S2O3.3. We should spray AgNO3 reagent in a sunny day morning when the temperature in greenhouse was above 18°C. The results showed that using AgNO3 reagent would hurt the young plant, different concentrations of AgNO3 reagent could bring about death rate to a certain extent when the temperature in greenhouse was low to 18 ℃.Decreasing the concentration of AgNO3 reagent could reduce the death rate of young plant.4. Treating with different reagents has different effects on inducing male flower. The results showed that using GA reagent could produce male flower earlier about 7 days than using AgNO3 and Ag2S2O3 reagent. The male flower nodes through using GA reagent are higher than the other two reagents. This way can be convenient to reserve seed for planting though self crossing. However, the plants only produce male flowers in 20 nodes while using AgNO3 and Ag2S2O3 reagent After the male flowers, the female flowers in each node spring up step by step. Though this way can't reserve seed for plant self-crossing conveniently, yet it can be used to hybrid. Except for using GA reagent, the other two reagents can result in producing the amphoteric flowers below the 8th node.5. Through the main component analysis, correlation and path analysis of 5 agronomic character, including number of fruits. node of fruits, length per fruit, number seed per fruit and seed weight per fruit concerning seed yield per plant, the results revealed that number of fruits and seed weight per fruit had direct effects on the seed yield per plant in this experiment. Both characters take 95.45 percent in the whole proportion, especially the number of fruits character. The other characters and some characters without considering in this experiment take up only 4.55 percent in the whole proportion. The best fruit reserving way which can get the largest seed yields per plant is 3 fruits reserving in middle node, which is from the 10th node to the 15th node.6. The fruits of mini-cucumber 35d after picking could get excellent germination percentages. 40d was the best picking days; 5d and 10d were the best storage days.40/5 and 45/10, that is to say, 40d after picking, 5d storage and 45d after picking, 10d storage, which could reach the largest data about the thousand seeds weight, germination percentages, germination index, average fresh seedling weight as well as vigor index of Cucumis sativus seeds. While the data were the lowest when 35d after picking, 20d storage.7. Yield and nutrient quality are two important characters to select gynoecious inbred line of mini-cucumber (Cucumis Sativus L). In this experiment, through the main component analysis, correlation and path analysis of 13 agronomic characters concerning fruit yields and 5 characters concerning nutrient quality, the result showed that positive selecting character with number of fruits, weight per fruit, the main tendriled vine in diameter and negative selecting character with average node length and flesh of fruit in diameter are the emphasis characters on the fruit yield per plant. For the nutrient quality selecting, high soluble sugar and soluble solids materials selected in low generation were the main selecting importance, soluble protein and Vitamin C could be selected in high generation, which were the standard of gynoecious inbred line of mini-cucumber for special using in greenhouse.8. Combining with fruit yield per plant and nutrient quality, the most excellent gynoecious inbred line were selected from 20 gynoecious inbred lines of mini-cucumber (Cucumis Sativus L), Both fine gynoecious inbred lines of mini-cucumber were selected preliminarily. One is Ci-48-16, the other is C1-49-22.The former is short fruit strain. The average fruit length is 9.9cm,average number fruits per plant is above 22, average fruit weight is 49.8g,average fruit yield per plant is 1.10kg, average soluble sugar is 22.701 percent, average soluble solids is 3.5 percent: The latter is long fruit strain. The average fruit length is 18.5cm,average number fruits per plant is abovell, average fruit weight is 70.0g,average fruit yield per plant is 0.77kg, average soluble sugar is 17.983 percent, average soluble solids is 3.0percent.
