In this study,ammonium bicarbonate was used as raw materials to heat ammonium hydroxide to produce CO2,which was filtered by phosphoric acid.And add potassium fertilizer?N:K=1:1.8?to the filtrate and apply it to the soil through the irrigation system.The purpose of this study is to find out the best ratio of raw materials,and to explore the effect of combined application of fertilizer and water on the physiological status of cucumber.It is expected to provide a scientific basis for the application of the technology to cucumber,providing an experimental basis for later precision agricultural research.The main findings are as follows:1.When the more ratio of ammonium bicarbonate to phosphoric acid is 1.6: 1,the pH of the nutrient solution is the most suitable for the growth of cucumber.The application of fertilizer water and CO2 significantly increased the value of plant height,dry and fresh weight in field cucumber and cucumber seedlings.At the same time,also make the seedling cucumber stems thicker to improve strong seedling index.2.In sunny days,the CO2 concentration curve in the environment is "?",in the solar greenhouse,a very long period of time to maintain the minimum concentration of400 ? L/L.Therefore,it is necessary to supplement the cucumber in the solar greenhouse.In the treatment group,the CO2 concentration can be maintained above800?L/L 1.5h,up to 1170?L/L,which can the needs of cucumber growth on CO2?3.The application could significantly increase the chlorophyll content of cucumber leaves and root activity,and there was no significant effect on carotenoid content in cucumber leaves in the field.But also it can improve the photosynthetic rate?Pn?and intercellular CO2 concentration?Ci?,and promote the photosynthesis of cucumber,the stomatal conductance?Gs?and transpiration rate?Tr?of cucumber leaves were weakened,stomatal conductance has no significant effect to increase the water use efficiency?WUE?of cucumber.4.In the process of nutrient transformation,soil enzyme plays an important role,which can be used as a sensitive indicator of soil fertility status and biological traits.The nutrient solution produced in this application has a significant effect on soil ?-glucosidase,?-cellobietosidase and phosphatase,and has no significant effect on urease.5.In this study,this technique significantly increased the activity of nitratereductase and glutamine synthetase in cucumber leaves.On the basis of the application of nitrogen fertilizer did not improve the content of nitrate in fruit,and promote the synthesis of amino acids in the fruit,no significant effect on protein content.Due to the promotion of plant photosynthesis,but also significantly improved the soluble sugar content of cucumber fruit.In general,the application of fertilizer water and CO2 significantly improve the quality of cucumber.It also can be seen that the combined application of fertilizer water and CO2 can significantly increase the total yield and fruit weight of cucumber,which is 9.70% and 6.81% higher than that of the control group,per plant yield of processing group is 0.16 kg higher than control group.
