The Effect Of BIOWISH^TM-Crop On Growth And Physiological Characteristics Of Strawberry

BIOWISHTM-Crop is a new type of enzyme preparation developed overseas,which can promote plant growth,improve quality,increase production and so on(hereafter referred to as BICO).In order to discuss the impact on crops growth and fruit quality,the Sachinoka strawberry was selected as subjects and the impact on the growth and yield under different concentration and dosage form of enzyme preparations was reashered.Experimental results were as follows:1.BICO treatment has a significant effect on the growth and development of strawberries.Except Nitrate-N,all other indicators decrease with the increase of BICO.When applied into the BICO powder,F3(300g/667m2)in the middle stage and later stage of strawberry growth,the new stem roughness,leaf area,leaf number and PN is maximum,F4(400g/667m2)dispose the leaf chlorophyll is highest,when it is in blossom stage,developing fruit period,and fruit ripe period,at the same time,peroxidase of the later stage and middle stage in growth is peaked in the F4 treatment,but no significant difference with F3 treatment;Agent,plant height,new stem roughness of the initial,middle stage,and all growth stage of leaf area,chlorophyll,photosynthetic rate and peroxidase in S3(300 times)is maximum.The F3 and S3 treatment promote the growth and development of the strawberry plants.2.BICO treatment has a significant effect on the fruit quality of strawberries.Except flavonoids,anthocyanins and titronic acid,the other indexes decreased with the increase of BICO.When powder,F3 treatment is the highest in soluble protein,vitamin C,total phenol,cellulase,pectinase and SOD of strawberry,F2 treatment of soluble sugar is maximum,no significant difference with F3 processing,F3 treatment of titratable acid in lower level;Agent,S3 treatment of,fruit quality is better,such as in sugar-acid ratio,vitamin C,cellulase and SOD is the maximum value,total soluble sugar,titrable acid,phenol and pectinase on a better level.3.BICO treatment has a major effect on the production of strawberries.When plowing BICO with F3(300g/667m2)and S3(300 times),the highest in strawberry fruit yield is 33000 kg/hm2 and 33300.5kg/hm2,compared with control group increased by 14.58% and 16.23%.4.When applied into a certain amount of BICO,the BICO-Aqua effect is obviously better than that of powder,except the plant height of initial and middle stage with sachinoka growth,the new mid stem roughness of initial stage,the leaf area of middle stage,the powder product effect is better than that of water.
