The microecological preparation is a green feed additive with the advantages of non-toxic,non-resistant,no residue,non-toxic side effects characteristics.It can not only adjust the gastrointestinal microecological balance of livestock and poultry,but also promote the animal feed nutrients utilization,enhancing the immunity of livestock and poultry.And it has been widely used in poultry production.This paper studies on the effects of compound microecologicai preparations on Wuding chicken growth and the part of immune indexes to seek a suitable dose in the production and application of Wuding chicken and provide the basis for the promotion and application.In the study,the compound microecological preparation consists of lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus,Campylobacter and yeast.They consist of 1:2:1:1,the total number of live bacteria reached 5×1010CFU/ml.Its non-toxic side effects,do not produce drug resistance and other advantages,is expected to become a substitute for antibiotics.In this study,a single-factor randomized trial design method is used to select 500 randomly divided in to five groups,each 100,which each is equipped with five replicates.There are control group ?,the antibiotic group ?(in the daily drinking water addition of doxycycline hydrochloride 0.2g/L);?,?,?group are micro-ecological liquid group,and the solution is 30 times,50 times,70 times diluted,the total content of diluted bacteria are group?(3.12x109CFU/ml),group?(2.75x107CFU/ml),group?(1.38x105CFU/ml),free drinking water,the same conditions for each group,feeding cycle 60 days.The results show that:1.The addition of appropriate dose of compound microecological preparation in the daily drinking water of Wuding chicks can effectively improve the growth performance.When the dosage reaches 2.75×107CFU/ml,the daily gain is7.16% higher than that of the blank control group(P<0.05),compared with the antibiotic group increased by 4.67%,the difference is significant(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in the average daily feed intake among the test groups(P>0.05).The ratio of meat to meat in group?is lower than group ?and?,decreased by 8.38% and 4.05%,respectively,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group and the antibiotic group,the difference between the experimental group and the 2.75×107CFU/ml group is significant(P<0.05).2.When the dosage of compound micro-ecological agent is 2.75×107CFU/ml,the thymus index is 78.57% higher than that of the blank control group(P<0.05),which is 66.67% higher than that of the antibiotic group(P<0.05);There is no significant difference between spleen index and blank control group and antibiotic group(P>0.05).The bursa index is 46.15% higher than that of the blank control group and 35.71% higher than that of the antibiotic group and the difference is significant(P<0.05).3.Compound micro-ecological preparation to feed the amount of 2.75×107CFU/ml,the content of lgG increases by 8.0% and 7.39% respectively,compared with the blank control group and the antibiotic group,at 21 days of age,the difference is significant(P<0.05);the IgG content is 22.52% higher than that of the blank control group,at 42 days of age,the difference is significant(P<0.05),which is high 4.69% than the antibiotic group.The difference is not significant(P>0.05);The IgG content compared with the blank control group increases by 26.40%,and the difference is significant(P<0.05);The IgG content and antibiotic group increases by 15.28%,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).4.When the addition amount of compound microecological preparation is 2.75×107CFU/ml,the antibody titer compared with the antibiotic group increases by 2.19 titers,at 42 days of age.And compared with the blank control group,it is higher 2.32 titers,and the difference is significant(P<0.05);The ND antibody test results are 1.7 titers compared with the blank control group and 1.56 titers compared with the antibiotic group,at the age of 60 days,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).5.The mortality rate of Wuding chick is 2.16% when the dosage of compound microecological agent reaches 2.75×107CFU/ml,compared with the blank control group decreased by 7.84%.The difference is significant(P<0.05).Compared with the antibiotic group decreases by 3.54%,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).The results of this test show that three groups of compound micro-ecological test group can be a corresponding increase in the growth performance of Wuding chicks.The part of the immune organ index and the level of Newcastle disease antibody also increase accordingly,while chicken death rate is reduced.After comprehensive comparison,the effect of adding 2.75×107CFU/ml is better.
