The test use compound vitamin preparation (mainly composed of yellowvitamin A, vitamin E,vitamin D3, Radix isatidis, Houttuynia cordata Thunb, and of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, etc.), select30head of healthly1-5fetal round fragrant black sow as test pig, according to the parity, weaning time similar principles were randomly divided into two Group, theexperimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with0.15%compoundvitamin preparations, the control group was fed the basal diet, pre-feedperiod7d, and feeding60d. In the test30d,60d, each group were randomlyselected10sows before vena cava blood collection, and blood-relatedindicators were measured, then recording sow litter size was measuredafter farrowing, litter size and litter weight at birth, for furtherstuding multivitamin preparations on sow performance and immune function. The main results showed that:1Impact of Multivitamin Preparation to Sow Performance andEndocrine. On litter size, number born alive, litter weight at birth and serumprogesterone levels and other indicators were measured and analyzed.Result: The experimental group vitamin preparations significantlyincreased25%of the number of sows farrowing (P <0.05) and30.38%ofthe number born alive (P <0.05)than the control group, and improved8.84%of piglet litter weight at birth (P>0.05),and improved sow serumprogesterone levels to some extent, the first30d,60d test group wereincreased by6.67%(P>0.05) and2.12%(P>0.05) respectively. Conclusion: The compound vitamin preparations to improve the production performanceof sows progesterone hormone levels have a certain role in promoting.2Impact of Multivitamin Preparation on blood Physiological andBiochemical Indexes of sowsSow hematology and serum biochemical parameters of conventional itemswere measured and analyzed.Result:(1) adding multivitamin preparationscan significantly improve WBC,RBC and RDW and other indicators in theblood of sows, and white blood cells improved12.8%(P <0.05),15.34%(P<0.05)respectively in the test section30d,60d, increased the number ofred blood cells2.4%(P>0.05),16.83%(P <0.05), other indicators havedifferent levels of optimization.(2) Effect of Adding multivitaminpreparation on sow serum biochemical indicators in addition to urea inthe test section30d,60d, respectively, decreased31.24%(P <0.05),35.21%(P <0.05), and alkaline phosphatase test section30d improved45.8%(P <0.05), other indicators and the control group was not significant, but there is a trend to optimize. Conclusion: Compound vitaminpreparations have a certain extent effect to sow blood related indicators, thereby improving immune level of sows to improve their performance.3Effect of vitamin compound preparation on immune function of sowsMeasurement and analysis classical swine fever, swine pseudorabies, high pathogenic blue-ear disease antibodies and Immunoglobulin IgG, IgM,IgA and C3, C4level in serum. Results:(1) Adding multivitaminpreparations can improve antibody levels of sow swine fever and highlypathogenic PRRS. The serum antibody level of sow swine fever was no significant difference in the test section30d and improved69.23%(P<0.05)in the test section60d,and the serum antibody level of highlypathogenic PRRS was no significant difference in the test section30d andimproved61.9%(P<0.05)in the test section60d,and no no significanteffect on pseudorabies antibody levels.(2) Adding multivitaminpreparations can significantly improve sow serum IgG levels. The serum IgGlevels were increased6.02%(P <0.05,) and13.6%(P <0.05) respectivelyin the test section30d,60d; The serum IgM、IgA level was no significantdifference in the test section30d and improved21.26%(P<0.05)、18.07%(P<0.05)in the test section60d, respectively than control.(3) Adda multivitamin preparation to sow serum complement C3in the test section30d test group lower49.05%(P <0.05) but higher41.67%in the test section60d than control group.(4) Serum complement C4is also lower than thecontrol group and then higher52.08%(P<0.05) thancontrol. Conclusion:Compound vitamin preparations have the effect ofimproving sow immune function and disease resistance.
