Pea(Pisum sativum L.),also known as wheat peas,green beans,etc.,is an annual(spring)or more annual(autumn)of long-day climbing herbaceous plants,likes the cold and humid climate,cold and not heat.Pea is the world’s fourth soybean crops,vegetable pea pod tender quality fresh,nutrient-rich,containing essential amino acids,in many developing countries,Pea is also an important food crop.With the improvement of people’s demand for Edible Podded Pea,by shortening the listing period,to meet the people’s demand of Edible Podded Pea has a realistic significance,The length of vernalization period affects the listing period of pea.Therefore,through the study of vernalization treatment on pea growth development characteristics and physiological indexes of,the research has the vital significance to the new processing technology of Edible Podded Pea.In this experiment,different genotypes of peas were used to study the vernalization Pea morphology growth and development indicators,as well as different vernalization time on the pea seedling stage and flowering stage protective activity,MDA content and soluble protein content influence,in order to provide a basis for Physiology Research vernalization.The main contents are as follows:1.The effects of different genotypes of peas treated at 4℃ for 10d in local production survival rate and growth potential,From 50 pea varieties suitable for preliminary screening of 29 locally grown varieties of peas and vernalization,Then further analysis the effect of vernalization treatment on 29 varieties of pea pod time,flowering time,plant height and branch number.The results show that there is a big difference between different genotypes of peas grown in the local situation,due to the growth of peas in different climatic regions,the differences between winter and spring,only some strong winter peas suitable vernalization,found vernalization Some varieties can be shortened flowering time and pea pod time,reduce the number of branches,reduced height,changes in these indicators can be used as reference for vernalization effect.2.To explore the effect of vernalization time on physiological and biochemical characteristics of pea and provide a theoretical basis for choosing the best treatment time for vernalization treatmented of peas.Four different pea varieties were vernalization treatmented,at 4℃ for 0,6,12,18d respectively after sprout and grown.The pea leaves 10d after grown was selected for measuring protective enzyme activities and MDA and soluble protein content.The results show that compared with the control group,the longer of vernalization treatment time,the higher level of protective enzymes(peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,catalase)activity of peas,and reached the maximum in the group of 12d vernalization,But after this,with the increase of vernalization time,protective enzyme activity decreased;MDA content increased slowly at first,increased rapidly after the vernalization 12d;Soluble protein content increased at first,after vernalization 12d different trends.At the level of P<0.05,the experimental results show significant differences.When vernalization 12d,physiological indicators in the optimum state,preliminary determination 12d best vernalization time from the physical aspects of the mechanism.3.In four different genotypes of peas as test materials,Set four different vernalization method,Effect of different vernalization time on the physiological indexes of flowering pea research.The results show that in four genotypes of pea flowering period,with the increase of vernalization time,peroxidase activity showed the change trend of decreased first and then increased;superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase activity showed the trend of first increased and then decreased;MDA content showed decreased at first and then rise high trend,soluble protein showed the trend of first increased and then decreased,the changes of each index exists significant correlation.Physiological and Biochemical Changes of existence of different genotypes pea vernalization big difference,explore the impact of vernalization on pea growth generated according to changes in these indicators,in order to provide guidance and physiological basis for vernalization pea breeding.Thus,physiological changes in pea seedlings and flowering can be used as the basis for one judge vernalization effects. |
